Never do business with these people because they are rude and unprofessional. Customer service is absolutely the worst and they are not punctual at all. They also try to dupe you into paying more than whats reasonable. Absolute crooks.
It was convenient to have my keys made ata kiosk in Bed Bath and Beyond. However, they were VERY expensive when compared with Lowes or Home Depot.
Locksmith showed up without tools and told me the problem which I already knew and offered no suggestions to fix the issue. He still charged me $29 service fee. I gave him $30 and had to ask him for my change!
