The Staff is kind, courteous, friendly, patient and accommodating. The rental process was from online and picking it up was quick, painless without interruption or delay!! The vehicle was clean, and in good shape. I was extremely satisfied!

Service was soso the rep miss informed me the vehicle had ez pass, the ez pass only worked in Florida I was then forced after getting off the hwy to pay full ticket amount for misleading information hoping to not be billed as a violation to the company. I did make sure to keep the receipt just in case I get billed overall it was a way better experience then your competitor enterprise I dis need the car for another week but not being able to return to a further location vehicle had to be brought back to its home location

Prices are high, staff did not do a walk around inspection with me, I had noticed dents and scratches on the vehicle and went back in to tell him.

Like any rental place you have to get the best that fits your budget

The staff was professional but the whole online experience was horrible. I wasted my time by going through the entire online process, gave them my money and took an Uber to the location ready to take an important trip. And to my demise they told me WHEN I GOT THERE to pick up the vehicle they would have to rent a soft credit inquiry real quick. Then I was told I dont meet the credit requirements. Meanwhile they got my money, my time and Im stuck many miles away from home. Now I was told they would do me a favor and not charge me a cancellation fee. Really? And top it all off I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Meanwhile trip cancelled. I walked home, I guess it was time to get in shape as anyways (only positive). And all the bs we as consumers put up with when it comes to waiting on the ruturn of our money is 100% bs. They take it before you can take your next breath but refunds oh that will take about 3-5 million business centuries. Maybe my grandchildren can inherit my refund.

Maria is an awesome person, shes always smiling, and very professional extremely helpful.

Team members here are less then thrilled to help anyone.
