The other day I needed a part for my 2019 Sentra Because I was selling the car And I couldn’t wait until next week for the part to get installed because time was of the essence. I contacted Mr. Bob Miller The service department manager who’s been with the company I believe for over 20 years. I explain my situation and he had the new part the next day at no cost to me. Had my car towed in to the dealership around 11:00 am. called service department to let them know about the problem. My car was repaired and ready for me to pick up the same day by 4:30 pm!! Mike Cristello was very professional and personable. He went above and beyond all my expectations!! All repairs were covered by my extended warranty and Mike handled all the details. I didnt have to worry about anything.

I have been going to Mike DiVece for cars since 2010 and have purchased 7 cars including the one just purchased on 9/25. Mike is a true professional and is very good at his job. As long as Mike DiVece is at Cherry Hill Nissan, thats where I will purchase my vehicles.

Failed at Customer service. Failed at workmanship. I drove my car in for repair. I was told I had a transmission issue which was covered by warranty. My car was at Nissan for about 4 weeks. When Nissian call to say the transmission with completed but the car was still not drivable due to a unrelated issue with a price tag of $1500. I was told the car would not do more than 20mph after the transmission was repair. I had to tow my car to another repair shop to find out what the issue was which costed me $600 dollars to repair. So disappointed with Nissian.
I had been told that my car was going to have a lot of technical issues and electrical issues as well and I wanted to get a new car. Andrew helped my fiancé get his car a year or two ago and helped me out on Saturday and went over pricing with me and made sure I was getting the car that I wanted and nothing less than that. He was absolutely amazing and was exceptional
Impresive! I went to another service area where they did not treat me well at all and they did NOT fix my truck because they said that the noise was normal. I went now to Cherry Hill Nissan service and the Service advisor Mike Cristela was very helpful in everything. Automotive Technician Bob VERY ATTENTIVE was great. Take my car in for a routine 45,000 mile service on Saturday 6/5/21 get my car back from service at 12:15 was there since 10:30 assuming everything is fine with my vehicle never had a problem since I purchased my car. Went straight home took a nap got ready to go to work get in the car my check engine light came on been in panic mode because don’t understand how you go in for a oil change and my check engine light is on can’t call no one there closed then also service center closed until Tuesday had dream last week about a dealership I think this is my nightmare from my dream called out from work scared to drive my car can’t wait to see this outcome before I get my lawyers involved stay tuned part 1Part 2Took my car back they fixed the problem I wanna thank Mr Miller For being an angel in this situation because my family suffering from hardship right now blessings 😇

Our most recent experience at Cherry Hill Nissan was the BEST, easiest and most convenient car buying/leasing experience we have ever had. Andrew (Rightly) is always our go-to guy, because he always delivers! This time, literally! I called Andrew and explained our need for an SUV. He took the time to answer all of my questions and found us exactly what we were looking for, all over the phone - in little time, with no hassle. I told him I didnt know when we would be able to make it in to the dealership to pick up our new vehicle due to the fact that we recently moved and live 80 miles/ 1.5 hours away due to my husband starting a new job that requires him to work 6, sometimes 7 days a week, 12++ hours a day. His response was, That is not a problem, I will bring it to you. The very next morning he met my husband at his place of employment, meticulously and professionally went over every piece of paperwork and explained every signature to him in a timely manner, and took the time to show him around the vehicle and explain some of the new features that he wasnt familiar with. Andrew is a class act and is truly an extraordinary salesman and human being. I still cant believe how easy and convenient this process turned out to be. The air conditioner in the waiting room was not working, the waiting room was extremely HOT!! I opened the doors in the waiting room to have better air flow, tjat should have been done by an employee. I was not offered any accommodations or apology for over heated room. This was a HORRIBLE experience.
What can I say about Cherry Hill Nissan????? BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! Andrew, Eddie and the entire staff where GREAT from the minute I came into the lot until I left with my 2017.5 Nissan Murano that only had 14K miles (pretty much a brand new car) I already knew what I wanted, came pre-approved and had a trade in that I was willing to part ways with. After crunching some numbers we made it happen. This place became like family in the time I was there. Even got breakfast 1 morning and introduced to a new restaurant in Camden. Had a few minor issues with the head liner in the vehicle that Andrew knew about and had my appointment for it to be replaced before I left. Probably will never buy another car without stopping here first again. And my son just became a licensed driver so we will be back soon. I brought my car in because I had bought a brand new tire here 4 months ago and the tire went flat apparently I had a nail or something first time driving after having open heart surgery. They saw I was on oxygen and that the bubble was on the tire now I was told it came with a full spare which it obviously did not. But what really burn me up was I came in here they saw I was on oxygen they said they would put the bubble back in the trunk the way it was supposed to be and put the stuff back in the trunk. I go out to my car to move the stuff from the back seat back to the trunk because we had left everything out when we put the flat tire in the trunk and how do you put the bubble in the whole white I had to take everything out of the car pull the board out that they almost broke in half and the carpet put it all back in find the pieces and then I noticed some of the stuff that was in my trunk they throwing the tire well with the bubble which is why the board wouldnt go down I mean who does that? At all the water and snow scrapers longer than my arm throwing the time well with the bubble tire and then play the band in the carpet on top of it all snap in the world. I will never let them work on my car its bad enough that they said it was guaranteed under warranty for you cost me nothing to fix it if it happens within a year and they still charged me 20 3 or $25 I dont know why it was supposed to be free but then they throw everything in the back of the car like they dont know what theyre doing but they snapped that poured it would have cost hundreds of dollars to replace it this is a brand new 2018 and they treated it like it was a piece of garbage Im sorry but this is the second time that Ive been there that they have treated my car like garbage Im tired of it they need to start learning to treat peoples property like its worth something tearing

I had a bad experience years ago with a mechanic charging me for something they did not do, so I always mark my tires to ensure they rotate when I ask them to. This last appt here they said they did and I paid for it, but they did not...I went back in and they did for it me. Very disappointing for a dealer....

This dealership is amazing. We leased our car from them about 3 years ago and I have to say that was a pretty smooth experience. I havent had a ton of positive experiences when leasing cars (I mean who likes negotiating) but the team here was friendly, fast and efficient. Furthermore I felt like they listened to our needs and gave us the time and space to make a decision that felt right.Im writing this review three years later because the lease was just the beginning of the journey. Weve also had to bring the car in for routine and not so routine maintenance over this time. Their service department is AWESOME. Its easy to book appointments, the team is fast, the team is crisp clear and straightforward with any issues they disclose and I feel like they care about the customer experience. The waiting room is spacious and clean. Most importantly they have workstations for those of us that need to be productive while our cars are being serviced.Our lease is up soon and Im not sure if well lease a Nissan again (not because of quality or experience but we like a few other competitors models) but I would 100% recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Nissan. I think they used to run a commercial that ended with the friendly Nissan giant and that is super true statement about this place. Kudos to the leadership team for creating such an awesome environment for the customer.

Frustrating because they can’t seem to figure out what is going on with my Rogue Sport
Thanks to Kamran at Cherry Hill Nissan for jumping thru hoops to get me into my Rogue. I had credit obstacles, and other circumstances, and Kamran managed to still get me approved and out the door in a low mileage certified pre-owned late model Rogue with full warranty and affordable monthly payment within 48 hours. I will certainly try to steer car shoppers your way.
Absolutely no excuse. I make an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and rotation that I received when I bought the car and told them I would be waiting. I show up for the appointment 830 and I am told its a minimum 145 min to get done. I said I wish I was told this before I made an appointment. Was told its because of covid and they arent scheduling everyone to work. Again I should be told this when I made the appointment. I guess everyone is working part time now because of covid. Couldnt stay because I had to go to work. Im not able to work part time. Thank you Nissan for making my experience great. You get 1 star for being wonderful.

One star for initial politeness, that is it!!! Went to this dealership just to look at a specific model. I was honest in saying that the purchase was being made out of town but I wanted to see the car before going there. Once the salesman heard that it was not his sale, he refused to assist at all. I understand that it may be a different ownership and sales commission issues, but there is the Nissan brand to represent here and I am sure that the parent company would encourage some sort of cooperation in order to assist Nissan customers. If these guys had been busy I would have understood. However, there was one customers who was already bring assisted inside the small showroom, and three salesmen just standing at the the curb waiting to pounce on the next customer, as I arrived. He did and was politely engaging until I said I was not buying there. Never did he seem to think forward to... maybe I can offer her a better deal, maybe she will come here for service because she lives in this area, or as good sales personnel do, maybe every contact us important because you never know who refers, later becomes a customer, or writes a review. Yes, bad press is more lingering than good and I have told all friends and family of the poor treatment I received at this dealership. Sometimes in sales, it pays to look at the bigger picture.
I was searching for cars since February and didn’t think to look this far, as it’s over an hour from me. However when I found they were one of the few dealers statewide to have the car in the trim and color I wanted I reached out. Roseann was prompt and delightful, and presented my deal with no hassle. It was the best deal I had come across, and exceeded my expectations. Within 5 hours of the initial deal I was on my way to pick my car up! Mike Atoori was the salesman who finalized everything for me and was equally as easy and efficient. When I got there he had the car clean and waiting. All I had to do was finalize with Mike in financing, who never once pushed me for any extra packages when I declined. Being my first deal executed by myself I couldn’t have asked for an easier transaction. Everyone was polite, efficient and prompt. I highly reccomend Cherry Hill Nissan!

I was a true Ford Girl for many years, and went there to just see what the Rogue Sport was all about and how it measured to my much loved Ford Escape. I love the Rogue Sport, and it met my expectations being a bit above my Escape experience. Multiple items on this new car exceeded what I had. Plus...the look of the car was pleasing to me. Very satisfied! It was a bit uncomfortable turning in my Ford lease today, but as always...they were kind and professional as theyve always been to me. And the same kindness and professionalism was given to me at Nissan. Easy switch!!

Review is for recent service.I understand dealers mark up prices and I was prepared for it going in. But charging 3 times on the price of a $ 200 part is not what I expected. Here is how it happened, hopefully educates someone in future.The quote written up listed the Nissan part number and price( ~ $800). Either because of high price or unavailability, which I cant remember, I was also presented $500 price for an aftermarket part(hand written on the same quote, without a part number). In actuality the original Nissan part was $550,and the aftermarket part is 180. So I was being charged the price of an Original Nissan part, but getting an after market part.I realized this after I left the car for repair with them and so called the assistant service manager later in the day. His response was, as long as I agreed to the repair and price before, he feels OK with the charge. No constructive resolution was offered.Whats really bothering in this whole thing is, the ease and audacity with which the whole transaction happened. No regard for customer, nor his money. I wonder, how many unsuspecting customers has this happened too.
I called to schedule my service and Matt Whittaker was so kind on the phone, made scheduling easy, etc. I ended up getting to drop off my car late, but everybody was kind and I was still able to get my car serviced. The gentlemen at the desk were so kind and helpful when I was checking in, check-in was smooth. The shuttle was able to take me over to work quickly. My car was done sooner than expected and I got an update call about the findings and an opportunity to ask questions. Everything was reasonably priced. Checkout was as smooth as check in. My experience was smooth and easy! Such a HUGE difference from my experience at other area Nissan dealership service teams. Thank you all so much!
