They are closed now but if they open again. Check the work. Put regular oil when I asked for synthetic. Didnt give me remaining oil (less than a quart, but expensive) when I brought in my own oil. Long wait times even when scheduling ahead.

These guys are as honest as they come! great place to go for tires or an oil change and so much more! They dont try to sell you things you dont need and they give you the honest truth about what is wrong with your car. Oil changes are done nice and fast, but not so fast that you wonder if they did a good job;-) Two thumbs up!!

These guys work at a hourly rate. I asked for a simple oil change which should only take 20-30 minutes and they purposely took a full hour to get the job done so I’d have to pay them a full hour. Wow.

Don’t bother going to this shop, they’ll assume everyone who comes in knows nothing about vehicle parts and mechanical processes. They took my money and fixed very little, I brought my vehicle back to the Cheney shop 4-5 different times to fix the same coolant reservoir leak, which they claim to patch.....just found a massive pool of coolant under my car. These people will rob you and lie to your face

My experience with this shop has been excellent! Ive used them for oil changes, brakes, and even electrical! They were able to pinpoint and fix an electrical issue I had struggled with for several months, even after another shop had supposedly fixed the problem. These guys are honest, they do quality work, and prices are comparable. I highly recommend them! I will be going back for new tires next!

I took my new truck into them because of the good reviews, and that AMG is always 2 or more weeks out anymore. At first i was pleased, and the only reason I am giving two stars is because everyone was nice, professional, and their explanations were satisfactory. The problem is when hindsight kicks in.I brought my truck in pretty much knowing what was wrong with it, I know what codes it was throwing and what they most likely meant. I made that clear when i first brought it in. After almost a day of trying they were finally able to duplicate my problem. They again, were very nice and tried working with the warranty on the truck, but didt want to fix the problem, they wanted to put in a new engine.I totally understand why they wanted to put in the new engine, and not just fix the problem, the truck is high on miles. I get it, my problem is why, when I told you what the problem almost definitely was, would you still inspect the truck, charge me for it, preform an oil service that likely wasnt needed when you knew that you wouldnt fix the problem.At the start you should have said, if it is the phasers on your high mile f150, we wont fix it because we cant warranty our work. If you would have said that I would have left a positive review. I would have thanked you for being up front and honest, and appreciated your integrity. But now because of that lack of integrity, Im exactly where I was before I saw you with $250 less in my wallet.

They where very nice but tried to charge me for things I didn’t need and was a expensive repair for a intake gasket. My cruise control has also stopped working ever since I brought it into there shop which worked perfectly before.

Second to none! Honest, courteous, professional! On top of all that, they offer services at a fair price. Cheney is lucky to have them in the community.

Nice enough guys but.Tried to get them to do a patch job and they couldn’t which wasn’t their fault. But I asked them to send me information twice and they never did even after they told me they would in a very friendly manner. Then when I asked them to just throw the spare on I was again let down. They kindly said they would and then called me back to say my spare was rusted on to the truck. I showed up and got the spare off myself no problem and started to put it on when they stopped me and said they could do it.Either incompetent or dishonest. Either way take your business somewhere else.

The guys over there are awesome. I broke down on the side of the road with a bad wheel hub on a Friday afternoon and these guys were able to order the part before the tow truck came to get me & have it waiting & ready when I showed up. They went the extra mile to get me in and out before they closed so I could get back on the road the same day. The job that could have taken days only took about an hour or so. Then to add too it, they even gave me a break on the labor.I was on a 3,000 mile road trip and an extremely greatfull that they were there. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I dont want to rate it because its a hidden gem. If you dont have time or the means to fix your vehicle, bring them here. Good turn around time and the labor prices arent as high as other places.

These guys are lifesavers! This morning I found myself almost 100 miles from home with a terribly flat tire and without the proper tools to do anything but hobble my car into their parking lot. They were so nice and went the extra mile to ensure I made it home safely.

I made my appointment for my oil change, I left my car there at the time of my appointment, they were done in about 45 minutes. I recieved friendly service and I didnt have to pay very much, great service.

They were very accommodating to fit us inbetween a busy schedule when we needed to have it done that day. Very friendly and understanding.
