Unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest! Felt threatened by manager. After paying $3000 to fix my car I was told I was no longer a customer because I brought up concerns of unfinished work. Car was returned with the engine still taken apart, unnecessary parts were replaced. Charged for parts I never agreed to change. Took over a month with minimal communication.

Must be a good shop. Very high traffic and cluttered. Never had work done there but I tow cars there frequently. They always have me leave them on the sidewalk.

I have been going to Gregory service center with my cos for over 30 years. Greg, Mike, and Bobby arr very knowledgeable and have always fixed my car in a timely manner and at a fair price. I love this place and would not go anywhere else.

I brought my car to fix AC, but I wished didn’t come to this horrible place with bed behaved people. They charged me $80 for AC service and they lied which I have camera filming all what happened. Please don’t go to save your time and 💰.

I brought my classic vw bus in and these guys did not hesitate to get working on it. As a former Chelsea resident now living in Cambridge it’s great to see a father and son shop like this in Chelsea. As a business owner myself I really appreciate the customer service Greg’s team provided. I have visited many shops with my classic cars and have been turned away plenty by mechanics who simply do not want the challenge. They really took time to find the correct parts to match my classic bus and that’s not an easy task. This place is always slammed and moving so to take some time and search for the right parts means a lot. Fast and fair pricing. My 4 cars will only be worked on by Greg’s moving forward.

Great place to take your car if youre looking for a great mechanic.

I went here twice. Once to put in a motor mount. A second time to put in a different motor mount and to replace the oxygen sensor, since I had a code.I provided all the parts aftermarket. But on the oxygen sensor, you cross-threaded it. I do a fair amount of my own repairs (such as brakes and oil changes), and I can tell you that you should never cross-thread a bolt or, even worse, a sensor or spark plug. If you do (hey, caca happens), then you should re-thread the hole to fix your mistake. Unless you did not realize your mistake. Do your mechanics know what they are doing? Are they ASE certified? Do they care? Im guess the answers to these are no, no, and no.I had to return several times on one repair because they had a hard time fitting me in. Their labor rate is $85 per hour, which is on par or slightly less than other places in the area. There is no decent place to park here because their lot is overrun with various random (broken?) vehicles. All-in-all this place does not present a professional appearance. But hey, its a gas station and its Chelsea, right?I am giving three stars instead of 1 or 2 because it is hard to find a place that allows you to put in aftermarket parts. Most places wont allow it for various reasons. Many garages want to profit from reselling parts (such as the nearby Reggies); or they think aftermarket parts are all junk and dont want to be responsible for the repair; or they think you are too dumb to actually order the correct part, which is a more valid argument. So you have to convince them that you are in fact not dumb and you did your homework when ordering the part. Despite what some places tell you, most aftermarket parts are just as good and even better than OEM -- Gates makes great belts and NRG great spark plugs, and AC Delco is the OEM for all GM cars -- and if you know what you are doing (avoid junk parts), aftermarket parts are usually a better deal.

This is an excellent car shop. They did a number of good things for my jetta mk4. The mechanics here are amongst the best Ive yet to see work on my car. I had a number of issues fixed here (including leaking coolant, alternator, battery). The prices were fair and service was fast and transparent. Great Chelsea business. I moved out of town but continue to appreciate the work they did.

Quick turnaround and reasonable prices. What more could you want. These guys are great, would recommend to anyone needing a repair or tuneup.

Horrible service!!!! they shattered my windshield and refused to take responsibility for it. i just took it there for a simple check up. they also scratched my interior dashboard. never going back there. young guy in charge was very rude......... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

By far the worst place I have ever been to. Spent $1200 for my suspension to be fixed and for a front wheel alignment but i guess he missed the bad bearing in my car. 2 months later the bearing gives way and nearly kills me while Im driving. Dont bring your car hear unless your asking for a death wish because it will come out WORST than when it went it. The guy clearly does not know what he is doing

Very bad responsibility and professionalism, it seems to me that Ami car changed a link and ended up breaking the stabilizer bar and the owner was very grateful, I only commanded to weld the piece, something that I do not think is safe and. The owners son was not responsible for an unscrupulous patan without morals to treat a client and answer for damages alone, they are interested in theirs, they do not even want to know
