If I could give them ten stars I would! Every time Ive gone there Im met with professionalism and kindness. The owners and employees are very kind hearted people. They tell you what it is without trying to add on extra fees. Ive had to drop my car off the same day when my battery and alternator gave me trouble and they still made time to work on it quickly when they were short staffed and booked for the day! Im glad to have a trustworthy business so close to me!

I go there for my inspection sticker every year and little thing the car might need, is always fast easy in and out and friendly too.

Having lived in the area for 2+ years, I’ve become a regular at this place. I always go to them for my repairs for 3 reasons -1. Price - they’re always reasonable (one example - Toyota Woburn quoted me $700 for repair work on brakes that they did for $300)2. Punctuality - they have always gotten the job done on time, if they say 3 pm, your car will be ready at 2:55pm3. Friendliness- they’re a local small business, they don’t have quotas to meet or corporations to appease, they do work at a local level for local families and are always nice and courteousIf these reasons don’t convince you to give them a try, I don’t know what will

As a young female who doesn’t know that much about cars, I always worry about whether I am being taken advantage of when I take my car in. I was told at another place I needed all four brake pads and rotors replaced and it would be about a grand to fix. I was suspicious of that so I took my car here instead of having that other place replace my brakes. I did in fact need all four brakes done but they charged me close half the price. They were kind, honest, and did the work quickly.

Great local mechanic. My sister was about to leave on vacation and discovered a screw in one of her tires. It was late Friday on a holiday weekend. He took her took her right in pulled the screw, plugged it and had her on her way in minutes.

They are extremely honest here about everything and they never try to upsell or anything like that. I have never had a problem with this establishment and they have done certain repairs for me for way cheaper than I have been quoted elsewhere. That may sound too good to be true but I have never had something go wrong after they repaired it, and my car is 17 years old right now.

I needed a mechanic, but was very cautious of getting taken advantage of as a woman, and offered unnecessary services. At Albas they not only diagnosed the issue in amazing time, but then offered options for a cheaper option, but shared his honest opinion that it wasnt worth fixing. He clearly didnt have to do that, and would have made the extra buck if he didnt. Because of him I was able to trade in my car as is, and get a new one. I would highly recommend going to Albas for any service needs, they have a customer in me for life!

The crew at Albas have been caring for my Crown Vic for five years and 100,000 miles. They have been a godsend. Honest and skilled they have completed all types of repair . Ive been coming here since I bought my house(conveniently located around the corner) almost 8 years ago. Joe is a straight shooter who backs up his and his staffs work and Stephanie is a very knowledgeable receptionist. My wife also comes her and Now my daughter comes here with her 1st car. Just needed to have a plug put in a tire. They did it in a jiffy and were very courteous. It only cost $ 10.00 which I found reasonable.

My wrangler had been making a weird clickling noise and so I dropped my car off at Albas to get it checked even though they were busy. And a few hours later they called me and told me that the control arms I had installed weren’t tight enough. They quickly fixed it and didn’t even charge me. Great service and great team especially the receptionist, she knew what she was talking about as well.

This is a company that I would send my mother or grandmother to and knowing they will treat them fair. Ive gone here through the years when I had something to big for myself to take care of and they have never tried to up sell me and have found ways to help my budget. Good business values and ethics!

Been going to these guys for years, always very satisfied with their great work, reasonable prices, relatively fast service and attentiveness to their customers concerns. Theyve also bent over backwards to accomodate my needs at least once, and are always willing to take a few minutes to answer any questions you might have.

Complete rip off.. they wanted to charge about 800 bucks to change my heater resistor.....took my car back n beat their rip off price by some 600 dollars....they sell lemons as well....stay far far away from them...Plus its a wiseguy spot avoid at all cost. ..just saying.
