I absolutely love them. To say that I had a fear of dentists would be an understatement, but going here has changed my whole feeling towards dentists. The doctors are amazing and explain everything as they go. They also go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable.The nurses and receptionists are super friendly. I have gone here several times for a multitude of procedures and never once have I been let down. Ive actually got my brother and his girlfriend to go here as well. They feel the same way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist!!

It was perfect! The dental assistant who took the X rays was so nice and kept asking if I was ok. Dr. Mehta was also nice. She would describe every time what she was going to do next. I went for my routine cleaning and I was happy with my visit.

I had a dentist I was going to for a few years now who had done a lot of work on my mouth trying to save as many teeth as possible. However after many infections, loads of cavities, and multiple broken teeth I was ready to have my remaining teeth extracted and get a full set of dentures. But my dentist refused and instead tried to have me do 10+ root canals and crowns over the course of a year+. I was not happy with that which is how I found Perfect Dental. They were able to get me in the next day for a consultation. The office staff was nice and welcoming, the dental assistant who took my X-rays was so sweet and walked me through it all. After the dentist looked at my X-rays, she mostly agreed with what I wanted. She took the time to explain to me what was happening to my mouth, why other options wouldn’t work and took impressions for a full top denture and a partial bottom denture. All in all I am EXTREMELY happy!*UPDATE* I got all my upper extractions done and while it was virtually pain free I was having a total panic attack. The oral surgeon, the assistant and my dentist were all so amazing in helping me stay calm, stopping to check on me, explaining what they were doing and reassuring me that I was ok. I don’t think I would’ve gotten through it if I didn’t have an amazing team like Perfect Dental. My extractions were done in less than a half hour and I went home with my beautiful temporary denture and so happy I chose Perfect Dental

This is the place to go if you need any dental work done. The dentist does a great job and the assistants are great too. Ive had really bad experiences at other places but perfect dental is so much better. The Chelmsford location is great. My husband and I both highly recommend them.

I was lucky enough to stumble across her practice while I was living at a local college and I refuse to go anywhere else regardless of the fact that I now live far away. The office is always clean, the front staff are always professional and pleasant, theyre quick to seat you and youre addressed immediately, and scheduling follow-ups and future appointments is a breeze. Dr. Choski is the true star of the show at Perfect Dental. Her disposition, intelligence, pragmatism, and thoughtful attention to detail is what makes her stand out as a leader in this office. Rarely do you find such a harmonic and clearly operational office and for that reason Ill return for all of my dental needs, emergent or elective. Dr. choksi is the best dentist Ive ever had. For the last eight months Ive been seeing her every two weeks. I had a lot of dental work to be done then I had a medical issue happen while at the dentist and she was the most compassionate dentist ever. Excellent service!!! The Dr and dental assistant were so Informative and incredibly kind! I brought my sister in for her scheduled appointment and I noticed that they take walk-ins, so I asked if they had time for me to get a tooth cleaning done. The registration process was fast and easy to complete. Within 10 minutes of me being there, I was called back. The front desk receptionists were also wicked very friendly and helpful and I am now switching to this office, and I would highly recommend, if you’re not too happy/satisfied with your current dental experience, you should switch to Perfect Dental too!!! Also, when having my teeth cleaned, I mentioned that one of my fillings ( done at my former dental office) had come out. Right away the dentist told me that she could fill it in again, but I definitely needed a root canal done. I was a bit shocked because they hadn’t said anything about that at the other place. Well, I’m now all fixed up and worry free. The entire staff is very polite, kind and make you feel comfortable. It has been years since my last appointment at a dentist and they were great. Didnt try to sell additional procedures even when I asked at whitening, I was told to try a product first they recommend instead of quickly seeing $$$. I definitely found my dentist!!

Dr Setu Choksi, is an expert in the her field and consistently delivers quality service. The practice has regular business hours, are very responsive when I contact them, and will accommodate dental emergencies. Dr Choksi always asks me how Im doing, explains the procedures and treatments, and attempts to work within my budget. In addition, the office always follows up with me to see how Im doing following a procedure, are honest and always attempt to provide me with the best care.

My first visit at Perfect Dental with Dr. Chotski was great. I only sat in the waiting room for about 3 minutes. Dr. Chotski was quite professional and gentle. She answered all questions and explained what she was doing at all times.

I hadn’t had a cleaning in quite a while so I was a bit nervous on getting one done especially when my last dentist was super rough and demeaning... the dentist here however was extremely nice and even though it took a bit long to get my teeth clean, she was gental, constantly asking how I was doing, and was very nice. Ive been going to Perfect Dental Chelmsford for three years now! I actually been to a few dentists in the area prior to Perfect Dental in Chelmsford! There was always something that made me feel less comfortable to going to them. You need to know going to the dentist is something I dred until I walked into Perfect Dental Chelmsford! Dr. Setu Choksi changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Shes a caring compassionate person! She asks questions but mostly she listens to my concerns and discuss my options. Great place for adults and kids. First visit to anywhere but a grocery store since economy shut down, and I felt very safe with the measures were out in place. Very clean, very thorough, and very safe.

Folks here were very nice and very informative. Came here for a dental exam for the military and was pleasantly surprised. Clean atmosphere. While I wasnt bringing my children here, they also seemed very child friendly. I mostly appreciated the feedback from the dentist as well as her demeanor. I have struggled with my teeth since high school and is a source of anxiety for me because I always have something regardless of the care I give them. I felt very at ease here.

Why do I drive over 30 miles from Boston to this location every 6 months and refer everyone of my friends? The sole reason is Dr. Choksi. I have had many bad experiences with dentists going back to childhood, I mean who hasn’t but my first visit with Dr. Choksi changed all that. She is kind, courteous and explains every little thing to you as she is doing things. You want someone like that to take care of your pearly whites like she does. Thank you Dr. Choksi, I am not an anti-Dentite any more.

Just calling a dental office would make me shake and tremble I was that bad. Someone recommended to me Perfect Dental. After much delay, I had no choice and I had to call. I explained to them my many fears about just making the call, let alone making an appointment.I set the appt and I had the most amazing dentist working with me. Dr. Setu Choksi is amazing and took her time with me. If I was getting overwhelmed, she would stop for a few and give me a break. We eventually made it thru the all the appointments and over time my anxiety relaxed to the point of almost none. I am now able to call and sit thru them. I have even turned my nephew on to her who was just as bad as me. From what I hear he is happy and doing a lot better going to the dentist.Thank you Dr. Choksi for all that you have done❤️

I was in the middle of some dental work when everything came to a halt (corona ) my first visit back was very comfortable every one was professional yet enforcing the rules! I felt safe n in good hands.

Today I had a broken tooth repaired and a tooth prepared for a cap. I love these ladies, they’re so efficient polite and let me know what they are going to do before hand so I understand everything. Always checking in between to see if I’m ok. No one likes going to the Dentist but here at Perfect Dental I’m confident my doctor knows what she’s doing, I’m not afraid and feel very comfortable with the staff. They remember who I am when I walk in and greet me with a smile. I would definitely recommend you give them a try👍😁

Growing up on Long Island, NY during the 60s/70s where there was NO fluoride in the water, it was conceivable that every year all four children would have on average 10 cavities. My dentist was Uncle Tom, who never charged my mother but also never administered Novocaine (local anesthetic ) . My visit to Perfect Dental where I met Dr Mehta was a dream come true. She recognized my anxiety, was able to solve an ongoing crown n post issue that no other DDS could and was proficient at administering local anesthetic by understanding the nerves and time to numb in my mouth. Loved the staff.My dental phobia has been cured.

This was my first trip back to the dentist in a few years and they were so sweet and helpful. I was super nervous but it was not painful at all and the hygienist and dentist were both very knowledgeable and kept me updated on what they would be doing next.

Friendly dentists seems to be on the busy side (i went on a Saturday) was good about asking if i needed a rest asked if i had any question before leaving. left feeling a good job was done. they had good Covid prep and cleaned instrument touched during the exam above pre-covid conditions

The care and help with getting a referral to a specialist was second to none. I have had several fillings and now working on a second crown. No problems. I will continue to send friends there.

Yesterday stopped in to talk with staff about a toothache. She made an emergency appointment for me first thing following day. Saw the dentist, she was personable, professional and thorough. Staff at desk very helpful and cheerful. Wonderful experience!

When I was a kid, I had a bad experience at the dentist. He hit a nerve without any pain shot. Since then I only went to the dentist when I had to.Thanks to my dental insurance, I found Perfect Dental in Chelmsford. This dentist office is a godsend to me. My dentist has a very calming effect on me. I dont stress with my hands white knuckled on the hand rest. They remain on my tummy, and I am relaxed. If you are scared like I was. You will not be disappointed here. Give Heidi and the staff a call. I would give them ten stars if I could.

I am terrified of the dentist!!! The first time I went there (6 months ago), was my first cleaning in 18 yrs! I was a neurotic brusher/flosser . Bought the special picks and cleaned my own teeth! Because of knee replacement surgery I had to get a clean bill of health from a dentist. Took me 6 months before I could get up the courage to make an appointment. It was so hard for me to go there, but now I just left a 6 month checkup and it was nothing! These professionals were very courteous and professional. My comfort was their first priority. My visit was successful, my mouth feels awesome, and I no longer fear the dentist!
