Just had my check up, and my experience was great with the new owners after Mondovi. Met the new doctor, Dr Lisul was so friendly, informative and funny, the hygienist was very nice, best cleaning I ever had! The staff and everyone was amazing! Thank You!

It is a very clean and neat dental office with kind and respectful workers. They do such a great job. I would recommend this 100% to others.

Was with the original dentist and rated it a 5. 3 dentists in a few years has resulted in a downgrade of services. I paid an estimated fee when services were done in 2019 and my daughter had a visit in January. 2020. We were overcharged by over $50 and cannot get our money back. They were Mondovi for over a year and shut down during COVID. Reopened as Chelmsford Dental group and weeks later, nothing. No response. Take responsibility and give me my money back! I cannot even get my FSA money back since My paperwork says I paid less!

This dental practice is truly a joke. The name changes alone are mind boggling. I paid a bill the day I received it (Under their “new remit to name” Western Dental - I kept getting bills from them for this bill I ALREADY PAID. Long story short, not even the USPS recognizes their Western Dental name (even though the address is exactly the same). Too tired to deal with this place anymore. All the great people are gone and this place is just MONEY HUNGRY. DONE, END OF STORY - You have been warned.

This is my familys first and only dentist after relocation to great Boston area. Missing Dr. Pierce. So nice.But after a doctor/company change in the past year. My family decided that it is time to find a new dentist.Since a few months ago, during the process of teeth cleaning, the dentist assistant started to give you some service or apply some product you did not requested, those are not fully covered by your insurance. She will not tell you that you have to pay extra unless you actively questioned her. And it is not a one time incident, it happens to my visit, my wifes, and even my daughters.Disappointed that those lovely staff started to learn these disturbing tricks. Should we blame the downhill global economy?

First time going to Dr. Rahman...explains all possible options and the work performed so far has been excellent... The rest of the team there is terrific.. they seem to have the latest and greatest technology there..which makes many of the common treatments..much more comfortable..

Dr Rahman is great! Very skillful and extremely personable and gentle dentist I am very pleased with his work. Whole staff is super!

I drive over 50 miles to see Dr. Pierce because he and his staff always make me feel like family. They go out of their way to accommodate any unusual needs. I could not recommend this practice more.

Great group of people creating a welcoming environment. Amy was wonderful and gentle; she explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Rahman was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Thankfully it was an easy visit, no cavities (yay!) but I will be back for Invisalign. Overall, a great experience!

My request for release of records, when I had to change dentists due to a change in insurance, was met by inaction on the part of Mondovi Dental. Very unprofessional.
