Our tax rep was awesome. Easy to work with and took time to explain to my husband and myself the laws and why we were owing and what we could do differently so that next year we would not owe. She explained how we could reach out any time throughout the year and ask questions or set up a meeting to go over things before the end of the year and its too late to change anything. Very appreciative of her experience and understanding our concerns and patience while explaining everything (her love for what she does came through)! Will be returning to see her again next year.

The price was absolutely outrageous. It costed almost the same as what I ended up owing the government in the first place. My customer service was horrible. I tried reaching my tax professional multiple times and it took over a month to finally get a hold of her. I will never go back there again.

Christina was able to work me in due to my concerns about how the past years changes might affect filing even though she was so busy and I didnt use her to file last year! I appreciate the face that she made it so easy and supplied discounts!

The worst, most unresponsive place ever. I got duped with all the positive reviews for Kristina Grasso and went with this place to file my returns. Big mistake. 6 months later, IRS says no tax return received and Kristina Grasso disappeared as soon as the fee payment was done. Numerous emails, phone calls, lot of empty promises for call backs and still no sign of return even being filed, let alone any refunds. H&R block Support, if you are reading this, please give me a direct line to call.Just called the number provided, similar type of carelessness and indifference. All signs point to them missing filing the return and they are now saying it may have to be re-filed.Again, for anyone shopping around for a tax pro, avoid H&R Block, you will save yourselves a lot of pain. And those who already made the mistake and used these H&R Block tax pros get your returns double-checked, you will either find mistakes or it would have not even been filed.

I was under the impression my taxes were done on 7/16/20 and I called this week to realize they never got filed. I felt very stupid to find out that I was waiting for a refund that was never going to come. I did eventually call and was helped very quickly.

The H&R block tax professional I see every year (Brij Prasad) is very experienced and personnable. We created a good relationship over the years. He always answers our questions and is honnest if it is outside his expertise. I fully trust what he tells me. My good review is because of Brij as a tax professional, not an overall review of H&R block. I had a bad experience with a different tax professional from H&R Block in the past, that made me stop going for a few years (until I moved to a different town).
