Lloyd Erickson gets five stars for tremendous competence as a tax CPA and for caring for his clients.He has a number of legacy clients from when his former partner (Mosscrop) retired, and he does his best to serve them. Lots of them are extremely high maintenance, and Im sure he loses money on them as they want to take all of his time but are not willing to pay him for it.

I have been working with E&M for almost 20 years and have always had an excellent experience working with Bob Moscrop. Since Bob left, I had to work with Lloyd Erickson. I am so disappointed. My taxes were late because he had too large of a work load. My mothers taxes were put on his shelf and forgotten about. He said he would file for an extension, but then never followed up and he never contacted my mother and denied having received the paperwork he requested of her. Although I was able to provide proof that he received the information when requested, he refused to acknowledge that he had received it. My mother now has to pay over $3000 in penalties to the IRS . I will never work with Lloyd Erickson again. He is disorganized and unprofessional
