Went Monday about 1 pm to this store to ship a cb radio to Clyde Ny needed shipping box and packaging for the 4 .6 pound radio all said and done was told 47 dollars and some change I refused the service and left couldn’t believe that much to ship a cb radio not having many shipping options I went to another ups store on union rd (had to ship it )took it there and it was weighed packaged and shipped for $33.59Why the big difference check your prices people

My dad has had a PO Box here for years and he loves this location. The ladies have always been super friendly and helpful to him. Each time Ive visited myself, Ive experienced the same.

Friendly service! They dont do money orders but you can do it at Tops very close to the UPS.

Not all Ups stores are created equal. The staff is friendly but the services that I need most are not available at this location. Sadly I will have to travel out of my way to obtain what I need.
