Called them regarding a delivery they had for me and just a few short hours later I had it! Their customers service was perfect!!

I am so disappointed with this company. I scheduled a delivery to arrive a week ago. I took off from work to accept the package. They never showed up. Then when I called they said they never had it scheduled. Then it was scheduled for today. They never called to confirm the delivery was coming, I called again to confirm. It was actually on the truck this time. Which was a plus. I was here when they delivered it, I asked the driver to leave on the concrete and he proceeded to put it on the grass and said “This is easier.” and then left. Absolutely the most frustrating experience of delivery. I coordinate deliveries ALL THE TIME. I do not recommend this company.
Custom Courier delivered a sofa for our office this morning. I was following the tracking info from the shipping company (CEVA), and We called yesterday in the afternoon, and were given a delivery window of 9am-1pm this morning. The driver called about an hour before the scheduled window, saying he would arrive in 30 minutes, which meant rushing to the office, but that is just fine by me! The package was damaged (photo below), but that could have happened before Custom Courier received it, and in any case, the sofa inside was in perfect condition. The driver was friendly, and the person who scheduled the delivery over the phone was quick and pleasant.
Ordered a rower through NordicTrack and delivery was suppose to come today 11/23/20 however the delivery never came...I did receive a missed call from the drivers, however one would have thought they would have rang the doorbell as I did not have the phone on me...when I called the office all they could do for me is offer me a delivery a date a week later. I would not recommend using this inefficient courier service
Rude phone reps, the voicemail box is full so you can’t even leave a message requesting delivery information during what should be normal business hours. Late to deliver beyond the guaranteed delivery window (so glad I took a half day of work for them to be so late), and no one called ahead of time despite promising to give thirty minutes notice prior to delivery. I called at the end of my delivery window to ask when I might be able to expect my item and was told, and I quote “that’s not my problem.”
I am outrageously disappointed in your shipping company to my address at 2 Woodbrook Dr. Apt 4 in East Aurora, NY. 1. The TV came much later than Amazon told me it would making me have to make arrangements to be home. 2. I was told it would be here between 10am and 2pm, it came at 8:45am and luckily I just happened to have woken up a minute before from sound sleep. 3. Your company was informed by a 48 hour prior phone call that this is an upstairs apartment. Instead when the shipping man arrived he lazily left it downstairs outside. I am a woman who lives alone. The box was incredibly heavy. I had to track down someone to help me. Even after taking it out of the box and removing the foam the humongous television was outrageously heavy for me to lift up three, yes three, flights of stairs. In the process even though I was properly holding it on the top and bottom it became too heavy for me and I dropped it. Lifting the television up three flights of stairs also caused me great pain and injury to my lower spine, hands, and arms even though we took breaks and I will now be in need of a chiropractic appointment. I feel your company can pay for my chiropractic appointment. What a lazy job your company did in not bringing two men, and not arriving on time and not bringing it up the stairs. I hope to God this TV is not broken becuase of your incompetence! When I tried to email them the email didnt work.
Making an appointment for delivery is very easy, the driver of the truck was rude when it was difficult to come down my street. Not my problem. He hung up on my as i suggested he put my item on a dolly- to which he responded he did not have one. Delivered the wrong the package creating more work for himself. Overall not a great experience with the delivery driver. This item was from IKEA and I will just travel to Canada to buy and pay taxes on it not to have this situation again.

Showed up over an hour late without notice beyond the 5 hour delivery window and then took over 1-1/2 hrs to unload three pallets. The driver unbound all of the tile boxes as he could not unload the pallets as loaded. Boxes were dropped, “walked on the tile corners”, and bags of mortar unloaded on to the damp ground rather than on the wrapped pallets.
These company is the greateast, fast delivery fast everything.. I cant compare with any other company!! The staff and all is awesome... They really put the work in...24/7 all year round.....
Absolutely terrible. They don’t leave voicemails or respond to messages. They take as long as possible to respond to you. What a joke.
Customer service and delivery were top notch...delivery was on time...even though the loveseat wouldnt originally fit through the 2nd floor doorway, our delivery guy took it back down the stairs and flipped it over and tried again, and when that didnt work he removed a piece of the doorframe (and replaced it afterwards, not leaving any marks at all) and was able to get it into our apartment. I really appreciated his determination and patience.I would highly recommend them! 😊
I have mixed feelings on this company. They were the outsourced carrier on my sectional from Wayfair. They lost it once it was in their possession and it took them several days to locate it, so it was delivered one week after the original order said it would be. BUT, the guys who arrived and delivered my sectional apologized and said they have nothing but trouble with Wayfair orders- that they arent clearly marked or labeled, etc. And even though I didnt pay the full set up cost, they fully set it up to make up for the wait. They are good guys, even though it took longer than Id hoped.
I scheduled a delivery with Custom Courier and they gave me a delivery date and a window of 12 to 4. They never showed up. I even spoke with someone in their office who assured me the delivery was coming. Nope. Waited till 9 PM and not even a courtesy call. It was a delivery from IKEA. I plan on calling IKEA to complain and let them know that their contractor sucks. I dont recommend this company at all if you have a choice DONT use them.
ABSOLUTELY WORST DELIVERY SERVICE BAR NONE !! Custom Courier is outsourced to deliver our payroll for a well known payroll company ABC. Customer Courier threw our payroll in an unattended back hall that is open to the public. They were instructed several times by ABC to leave it in our mailbox. It was literally written on the delivery address to do the same. They obviously dont/cant read. Unfortunately we ended up leaving ABC for that reason. When they found out why we left they sold us on coming back and assured us that delivery wouldnt be a problem [we love the payroll company]First payroll back, and despite ABCs extremely detailed address location ... guess what?? Custom Courier delivered it to the wrong address altogether. UNBELIEVABLY INCOMPETENT !! The only reason Im giving them 1 star is it wont let me post without it.
Ordered a vanity from Houzz, was ordered at the end of Nov with an expected delivery of Dec 5th to the 12th. I wasnt contacted until the 11th at which point I was offered a delivery date of the 14th or 15th. Not a huge deal until they give you a 6 hour delivery window and then after you wait around and change your plans for the day, they call to say the truck broke down. Waited on an update or to reschedule the delivery, called them myself and now no one answers the phone. I would hope the order is in excellent condition or Ill give them the one star. On the flip side if they can correct all the issues and give me a narrowed delivery window and insure it gets here Ill update with a higher rating.
