Had a 9am to 1 PM window. They didnt show or call. I called and they said they would be late and be there by 2pm . I stated I had to leave at 230 since I have already freed 4 hours waiting originally. 2 oclock comes around and still not arrived. Waited until 230 and had to leave. I called the dispatcher and said I had to leave and had to reschedule. She stated she spoke to the driver and they can come after 5 when someone is home. I agreed because my girlfriend would be home. I get a call around 330 from the delivery driver stating they were at my house. I stated no one was home and that I was told they were coming at 5 and that I wasted 6 hours before waiting. He said oh he didnt know and was not told. In other words they could say they attempted delivery if if they knew know one was home hours after the apt window. I then called dispact again and was told I had to reschedule. They could only come between 1 and 5 PM the next day which no one would be home. She stated theres no other time they can come. In other word they were late and wouldnt compensate me and my schedule when I had been screwed the last apt. She said I can pick it up if Id like or have to wait until next week. Now I am paying $40 for a uhaul van to pick up my shipment when I received free shipping. This is not right, this is a really un organized company and have no consideration. May have just been a bad day for them but at least compensate and work with the customer. Not cool or good for business.

Organized company
