The technicians were very thorough in their inspection and explanation of treatment process. We discovered a water leak behind a bathroom wall which was leaking into our crawl space creating mold. We had air quality issues, and our treatment included remediation, crawl space encapsulation, and duct cleaning. The remediation process was amazing and DID NOT include ripping out any sheet rock!
