Rented two vans for a week for a softball tournament. Originally had one reserved then added a second, our coach called and talked to them and they initially told us they would only charge us for deposit. 1 week before we go he all of sudden doesnt remember that. We originally wanted to do Sun-Sun rental however after we booked online he informed us that he was closed on the 4th ( which is crazy because you pick the vans up from a parking lot no building) . Ok though we changed to Sat-Sat. When he spoke with the coach not once did he give a return time he asked what day we were returning we said the 3rd. That was the end of the conversation. Got back on the 3rd at about 10p texted him and let him know they were back. Called to check on our deposits of $600(300 per van) and he says he is charging us for an extra day because we were not back by 8pm. Then proceeds to say that its $400 a day I just let the $100 go. Uh no my contract you sent me says $200 a day and it shows it below that is the only contract that he ever sent us.

Great experience from start to finish. The van was VERY clean and in these times of Covid that is important to my family. We will definitely rent a van from the van man again . Highly recommend .

I have rented from the Van Man quite a few times now to take youth to events. He responds to texts quickly and because we are located between Knoxville and Chattanooga, has even checked which location is better for us to pick up from. His rates are great. Pick up and drop off could not be easier. The vans are always clean.

Vanman came down to South Metro Atlanta dropped off a full tanked Van. Took the Van had drove a big family to VA for Easter and Back with no problems what so ever. Van rode like a champ. Next time i need a Van i will be calling Vanman.
