Mary at United towing was nice and answered all my questions for me after I had a wreck. The man that towed me was nice too and worked hard to insure my all wheel drive Jeep was towed correctly. They beat other guys by leaps and bounds. I recommend them when ever anyone needs such services. Thanks again!

We had an accident and were blessed that Curtis with United Wrecker showed up to assist us. He was so nice and helpful. He really went above and beyond not sure what we wouldve done without him. We had been out of town and had our two dogs and luggage with us. Our car was totaled and we didnt know the area. He drove us to a rental car company, waited to make sure we got a car and then we followed him to the tow yard so we could get all of our stuff out of our car. He truly was a blessing sent to us that day.

This is not a tow company I would recommend to anyone, they have hidden fees for everything that they dont tell you about until the day of. They overcharge you. The people there arent very nice or friendly they will not work with you or be considerate of your personal life they just dont care anymore about anyone but themselves very selfish.!!!

They came within minutes and was polite. He even got my vehicle in its right parking spot. Awesome job!!

Great Towing Company. Our Family were traveling when our car broke down and needed help.United got our car to a shop and got our family to a Hotel while our car was being fixed.Very respectful driver and everyone at the office made sure we were taken care of.

Lol Well, 400 dollars later to get my illegally towed vehicle out of their private tow lot (aka- the junkyard, mud pit, all in one unorganized out of control mess) I literally decided to pay an additional 90$ to a DIFFERENT wrecker service in town to come and safely remove my car from Uniteds lot & transport it to my residence.Yeah, 90 bucks well spent for the peace of mind knowing... for sure, the other company I called (A1) would actually have employees operating vehicles that held a VALID drivers license to do so...and maybe even insurance?..maybe even less than 3 felony drug charges .. Need I say more?Just make sure to have good personal insurance and dont forget to bring your waders if you decide to deal with these guys Lol

Twice now Ive used united, Both times they have responded in a very timely manner. The driver michael helped me into his truck and out with out needing to ask. Made me feel very comfortable and walked me through my options ultimately saving me alot of money. These guys have my business!

Avoid at all costs. They will not own up to mistakes, are rude to customers, and the business itself is highly disorganized. There are lots of good wrecker services in town, use one of them if you dont want your car hauled 100s of miles away by surprise.

Thieves. They will steal your stuff. Make sure you know what’s in your car!!

They took my friends car and had it totaled without her permission. They were just supposed to tow it. Watch out.

They released my car to my insurance company without my permission, sending my personal belongings inside over 100 miles away w/o giving me a chance to get it. Then, lied straight to my face saying I gave them permission to do it! Mary and Curtis repeatedly hung up on me when I asked them their last name and positions there. Don’t do business with these shady folks!!!!!!

Very rude,they think they do no wrong,would not listen to us,about the way their driver towed our jeep,said they towed it from the front,there is no way they did, it had no room to hook to front,they pulled it from rear end and down the road they stopped and hook to front, after dragging it down the road a little
