Great service. Arrived within hour. Driver Crump went above and beyond. I didnt have to file claim with insurance company. They sent statement to the insurance company to get my reimbursement, received check two days later. Would recommend.

Literally called at 4:15am and they hung up on me. Not cool. I’m just trying to get towed.

I cannot say thank you enough, or possibly express the service given to my family late last night when our vehicle died on the side of interstate with my wife and 4 yr old inside and no electricity or heat.I called 4 different places and none would come help, they either couldnt accommodate 3 passengers, or wouldnt take us back to Chattanooga, etc but we called Donnie Bells and he sent someone saying it would be $125ish and 45 mins or so..I asked them to hurry please due to my 4 year old and us not having any caution lights working while stranded on pitch black highway shoulder. And so we wait..20 minutes later the driver, PJ, shows up and helps us get my wife and son (with car seat) into his cab while he and I work on getting the vehicle securely hooked up despite the lack of power or neutral..he was very respectful of our car and very professional. We get my son situated and he cleans out his back seat for me to sit and we start down the road.He was very nice and kept conversation going, and my son ended up falling asleep from the vibrations of the truck. PJ helped our nerves with his calm and warm demeanor and genuine concern. We made it to the exit where we planned to drop off the vehicle at CarMax, but theyre closed and we dont have a hotel here (since we were heading to Ga.). Luckily, there were several in the area..and we expected him to drop off the vehicle and be on his way. But no..PJ pulls into a hotel parking lot and sits there with us for 40 mins while I called all the hotels for availability and finally found one. He parks us in front of the door and lets my wife and son out to go inside and even takes out his battery box to get power so we can unlock the trunk and get our luggage out easier. He didnt have to do this, but he did. Then, he and I drive our vehicle over to carmax where he drops it into a spot and again gets power to it for locking doors and such. Then, instead of letting me walk back across the street to the hotel (which I was fine with) he loads up me and my sons car seat and drops me back off at front door of hotel..and after all this time and extra gas he still only charged us the original $125!I hope I never have to experience car trouble again, but if I do I hope I break down within service area covered by Donnie Bells towing. Thank you PJ for making a bad situation into a safe, and comfortable experience for my family!
