Wow, I called Goodwill to donate an entire room full of furniture, books, clothing, etc. and when I asked if they could come on a Friday or Saturday, I was immediately told, Sorry, we wont be in your area that day. - Incredible, since the person did not ever ask my location. Why not just say, I am lazy and have no desire to schedule a pick-up, as this would require me to do some work. - I called another local charity who was more than happy to send a truck for my donations. They also let me know they are actually non-profit, where as Goodwill is for-profit.

This is a wonderful place. I was able to get medical supplies for my father at no cost to us.

The lady running the drop location in Cleveland tnOn McGrady dr. She want take any donations its been like this all wkend. She gets in confrontation with everyone. And then tries to get some guy in the middle I called the local goodwill there is nothing they can do. She is so rude and doesnt want to work. She smokes right by the trailer door and moved when I told her she should not be smoking around peoples donations

I love this place! The staff work so hard and are very nice.

I really love Goodwill!! Not only is it a great place to work, its a great place to shop, because 87 cents of every dollars worth of merchandise sold at the stores goes into goodwill programs for helping the disabled find training and get back to work. Goodwill Rocks in my book!

Today after school I took the kids, Hunter( my son), Brady Holland & Molly Holland (my neice and p[by Goodwill hoping to find them a decent resonably priced toy for their good behavior after school this week....the only thing they found was a purple plastic skelton w/out a leg, but workers were bringing out buggies so we just walked around waitin, hoping they would have a toy buggy to put out. Well it never came out, so the kids & I headed to register to pay for a shirt. It was closing time but that Toy man that resales toys @ trade day comes in and goes to the back and comes back up front with a huge plastic tote filled up and serveral toys in boxes brand new that were not in that toy section. I over heard him tell the cashier that one of the employees that sort & price in the back called him 2 let him know the good toys were ready. So appartently they held them in the back til he got there...I just feel that is SO wrong!My family and I are so greatful and fortunate that we can afford to buy our kids new and decent toys cause as long as that is going on ur not gonna find any there!! lol
