I called to get a copy of our taxes and the receptionist was RUDE. i asked if i could speak to a manager she told me no. wouldn’t take my number or anything. i get everyone’s busy but tax season is over there was no reason for her to speak to us the way she did.

During tax time they offer a FREE tax service. All you need to do is bring all your papers, social security card for everyone you are claiming, your identification (driver license or state id) and your W2. No appointment necessary. Just come in and sign your name.
