The owners are incredibly nice and caring people. They are professional and detail oriented. They offer incredible service and very low price points for properties in great locations. They are easy to communicate with, reasonable and responsive. I have rented from them for just about a year now and would definitely recommend them to friends. Incredible prices in ideal neighborhoods mean there may be some sacrifices. My unit doesn’t have a dishwasher or washer/dryer, for example. The trade off has been more than worth it for me though, it is understandably not for everyone.

I have talked with the owner several time. He has always been very helpful in many area above and beyond just home ownership. Exceptional people who provide exceptional service. Thank you!
