Im leaving this review to recommend Carmen Patty, because she was SO helpful to me when I was looking for houses to rent in Chattanooga. I live in a different city and I was looking for some advice on Chattanooga neighborhoods, and I saw a post Carmen had made on a Chattanooga Reddit board, so I messaged her to see if she could answer some questions, not really counting on hearing back. But she wrote me back right away and offered to answer any questions I had. I in turn offered to pay her for the advice and she wouldnt accept it!
