I’ve been using Orkin for several years now. Have always had great service, it works, they are on time, professional, respectful, and courteous. I’ve had 3 different techs over the years, all have been great. The ladies in the office are wonderful too anytime I’ve had to reschedule or had any questions. Highly recommend.

So far so good! I just had my first initial visit, Steven was very professional, friendly and on time! They’ve communicated with me very well.I’ve got millipedes in my finished basement primarily in my laundry room, but was told that their service will take care of most everything. I love that I can call them back out anytime for no additional charge, that’s a very big plus! Not to mention I’ve used other companies in the past and Orkin seems to be fairly cheaper, a good price to me!

A few years ago we used Orkin to get squirrels out of our attic and seal it up to prevent them from coming back. We continued using Orkin for routine bi-monthly maintenance treatments. Our service guy, Steven, is always professional, through and helpful with questions about any problems that come up. (e.g. spiders) we have been very happy with the results.

We received quotes from four local companies, about getting a termite preventative treatment done to our home. Although Orkin was $400 higher than two of the others, we decided to use them, because we felt their service & presentation was vastly superior to the others.Joe Kashner came out to check our home out. After thoroughly inspecting from top to bottom, which the others did not, he presented us with the detailed plan that Orkin would be using to protect our home. We decided that the extra money would be well spent with Orkin, because of what protection they offered & name recognition of the company.After setting a date, the crew showed up & promptly went to work. We were impressed how efficiently these guys worked, considering how hot the weather was. Phil, Harley, Lewis & Isaiah did a great job. Mike, the branch service manager, stopped by to assure everything was going well. I had a great conversation with him. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up & area looked great.I would like to say that Joe, Mike & the crew that did the work, were very polite, professional & are a great asset to the Orkin Chattanooga branch! We have service outside our house for routine bug control. We are so happy with the service we get. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. We’ve also had Orkin take care of an insect problem in our attic and are so pleased. They do a great job and the service is outstanding!

We are having a tremendous amount of ants coming into our kitchen and they were not due to come out for another few weeks. I requested an earlier visit and they came the next day. Looking forward to not seeing ants in my house

Ordinary has been doing this service for years and today was the first time for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks but were very friendly and knowledgeable!!

Did a very good job of diagnosing the issue we were having. They explained everything very thoroughly. Even answered some of my crazy questions. In the end though they were a lot higher in price based on comparative companies for the initial work. I have not found a better replacement for the routine contract work.

I had a very bad experience with my local Orkin. First I have the guys come out on an initial visit to my house, telling me Ill need all my my insulation replaced with Orkin-brand stuff because of rats. I am so glad I got a second opinion. They told me there was a rainy week ahead, too, so theyll need to wait 7-10 days to spray for mosquitos (a high priority item for me). That was June 7. I called today, more than 2 weeks later, and was told that they werent scheduled to come to spray until 7/21. Meanwhile the prior two weeks I received multiple calls from the original Orkin exterminator trying to sell me on the $11k insulation project. I have cancelled my service and wont be going back.

Orkin is professional, prompt, and personable. They do their job well, are very knowledgeable, and aré sincerely interested in taking care of my family’s needs. We have had trouble with Palmetto bugs, but they quickly got rid of those annoying pests! I know we’re in good hands with Orkin!

Hardly any bugs anymore after the first visit they had them knocked down to almost nothing. What I don’t like is there way of letting you know that they are coming to spray. Only text you a day in advance to let you know. Cost $82 a visit for each month, but I need a week advance so my finances are ready. I get a text that they are coming and if I don’t text back or call the business the same day to reschedule they come. Then after they come they Bill my account automatically out of my checking. If I don’t have the $ that could be a problem. So right now around Christmas time it’s hard. Advance of the visit will raise my score for them because everything else is good. Thanks

Very pleased with the services received from Orkin and the agent that serviced my home was very pleasant and professional.

Called Orkin a few months ago due to us having a carpenter ant problem we had a technician come out and give us a quote that we wanted to go ahead with including the digital signing of a contract. Three dates were missed and finally calls werent returned. I called the main number back themselves and was told twice a manager would get back with me in regards to whats going on....nothing. Had to take my business elsewhere.

From making the appointment over the phone, the representative was very clear, focused on what I needed for service, quick with a price quote and set up the appointment within 2 days. Technician was prompt, courteous, entered the house with white glove shoe coverings. After inspection began spray and bait pads to solve the pest issues. Sprayed the outside from top to bottom, from roof line to foundation and removed all spider webs on the outside. Awesome, complete job in about an hour. Highly recommend the service, they are not all the same.

I called Orkin post control to treating my new home I bought. Ive used this company in the past and was very happy with the service I received. However this time not happy at all. After talking with the customer representative on the phone. I was under the impression that, I was getting the basic package which included the house being inspected from top to bottom just like in their video and then the house would be treated for all pest include with the basic package. Well, thats not what I got. I got a technician put out a few bait box and sprayed here and there, no inspection and for 15 minutes sat in my driveway, but logged that he was there for an hour. Not happy.. probably gonna cancel my service.

This place is horrible, the guy came out and said he was here for termites which we do not have, not even sure where he came up with that, so after I told him the issue we were having he did an inspection and gave me a price and said he would be back for me to sign papers and get my issue taken care of, never saw him again, called and called leaving several messages and nothing, this place is not reliable at all!!!!!

Horrible experience. I was verbally harassed by the black man that came out of the back door as I drove through their parking lot, after stopping in their parking lot for a minute.His defense was: after observing me get off of my car, he found me to be suspicious because they have had recent breaking! I was dress business professional driving a 2017 fully loaded Ford.This branch is full of a bunch or unprofessionals. He threatened to call the police on me. I encouraged him to do so, to ensure we could make a public spectacle of his aggression towards someone who did nothing wrong. He approach, demeanor, language, and tone were all unacceptable.

They do not perform normal service on Saturdays, so be sure to ask, as they did not disclose this information when I got stuck with a 1 year contract! Also, they do not inform you of your upcoming appointments, I called on Friday and was informed I had a service call scheduled for Monday. They claim that they search for cracks and other entry spots and inspect attics and crawl spaces and fill cracks, they did none of these things. When I informed the local office of the failure to disclose this information at the time I signed up for service, she got a major attitude and basically laughed about my situation and told me, Sorry, they shouldve told you. I dont know what to tell you! Poor communication, bad customer service and false advertising has been my experience thus far and Ive had them for 6 days...

Very bad service. I have had issues since few months and the issue is still not resolved. We called multiple times and they came out to do the service but my issue is still there. The guy who comes do the treatment always makes excuses. They have 100% guaranteed advertised with money back but I have yet to get my money nor the treatment is working and they will not change their treatment or do anything abt it except giving excuses. Orkin use to be good now it’s not. Even the mangers are not doing anything.
