Absolutely satisfied, the lady that did mine and my sisters nails was amazing and nice. She did a great job and we love them!! New favorite place for gel nails :) 5 stars! :)))) especially with them excepting that I am a man getting nails :D hard to come by

I really enjoyed my experience here. I had acrylic nails done and they looked smooth and beautiful instead of large and obnoxious. I also had a pedicure. My experience went very well. I was impressed to hear they know their regular clients by name.

Ive been going to Nail Tips for a little over a year after it was recommended to me by a nurse I work with. Working in health care Im very aware of the potential risks associated with going to a nail place thats less than hygienic and I have nothing but good things to say about Nail Tips. The owners, a very nice married couple, do most of the work and are very hands on and involved. I have always had great service in a clean environment and I feel confident in recommending it to others.

Great nail salon! They have been in business for 20-plus years. They do a great job on my nails and the owners are very nice. I have been going there for more than 5 years and I would never consider going to another salon.

This was honestly the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. They did not even put polish on my entire nails, I had to have them take off my gel polish because it was so bad, and they still charged me for the entire service. NEVER GO HERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, don’t even deserve 1 star.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I received a gift certificate for Mothers Day to go to this place. I normally get dip powder nails and this place had a lot. When my service began, I notice that the lady doing my nails did not complete the process correctly. When doing dip nails you have to create a foundation when you add a tip. She did not know this, and when I asked her about it she said that everyone does them differently. I have gotten this service plenty of times and no one does them any different but her. When she was done with my nails, I had large humps near the cuticle of my nail and bubbles all through out the nail. My shape was very crooked and each 1 of my nails looked different. They were thin and looked like Eagle talons. I expressed how disappointed I was, and was offered to have my nails redone in acrylic or to just come back in 2 weeks. I chose to come back. I came back only 1 week from the time that I had the dip Polish done at this shop. I had lost 4 nails, that came completely off. I know that this was due to the improper process used to create the foundation on my nail bed. When I came in she blamed my nails for the shape. I asked her if she was aware that you could create an Apex she had no idea what an Apex was nor did she understand what I wanted done. I asked her if I could show her a video. And she did not want to see it. The 2nd set looked better than the 1st, but I still had the same large humps at the cuticle and bubbles through out the nail. She did not finish with a clear coat dip. And so when she filed down she filed down the layers of dip powder color. I hated my service here. I would not go back for free. On top of that, she attempted to charge me full price for the service. I explained to her that she asked me to come back for a correction. She then stated that she could take $20. This is by far the worst place for anything trendy. Dont waste your time or money.

Girl time with my 10 year old niece. I took Bria to her first nail salon trip. She was very nervous because she didnt know what to expect. They made her feel welcome and relaxed. We sat side-by-side and I talked to her. She put in her thoughts on the style that she wanted her nails to be. At the end she said she loved it and cant wait to come back again.

Nice people. No extra charge

Went in today to get my nails done. This is the only salon I’ve been to a few times over the last 10 years. I figured it would just be a simple process but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes for them to sit me down and start only to keep going back and forth to the ladies before me. It didn’t bother me too much until when She finished my nails they were not as nice as they should have been. They look like I already need a fill in and you can see my actual nail split from the cuticle. I even asked the man if he could do an easy fix but he said that’s just how they are supposed to be and next time he would go higher up with the polish. I had been there for almost 2 hours and just wanted to leave so I paid and left, even though I was not a fan of what I got. I will not be going back to them any longer.

Went to this nail salon yesterday and got acrylic fill in and got regular polish. I went back today to request change to gel polish because my nails were already looking terrible and they want to charge an extra 10$ on what I paid yesterday! They were so rude and unwilling to compromise to satisfy me. I will not be going back here! It amazes me how far nail techs will go to up charge people to have nice looking nails!

I tried this salon for the first time. I got a manicure and Dip. The next day it chipped. I went back and they filed my nail down to get rid of the chip. Today has been one week and two other nails have chipped. I am disappointed because at other salons the dip lasted chip free for at least 30days. I was really hoping this would be a great salon due to the distance from my new house.

Worst service Ive ever received in a nail salon. Tried to show her a previous picture of my eyebrows and how I would like them done and she refused to look and said she does what she wants to clean them up. Got wax in my hair and was very sloppy. When I asked her to trim the other eyebrow she started arguing with me. She took off half of one of my eyebrows by making them to thin like I asked her not to. I would rather drive back to Atlanta to get them done than to let them touch me again
