I can never get my daughter an my medicine. I always get new therapist. I am always starting over and seem to never make progress because things are always changing there.
I appreciate the staffs attentiveness with helping take care of my nephew and making it such a breeze. I had a consultation with nurse on a Monday at 9:00. They never gave my wife the Zoom code, didnt have the meeting until almost 930. Zoom meeting done she says we can pick up my nephews medicine the same day at xyz pharmacy. I get there and its not there. I give it a day go again and pharmacy still doesnt have it I call and the nurse we saw hasnt signed off on it yet but well make sure she does it asap the nurses words. Fast forward 3 days its now Friday still nothing. They call, after i called th 1800 number and complain they say they dont have my ID but we sent them a picture that Monday. They say they were trying to call me to get it from me.(they have my number had just now called me) They were supposed to call before 12pm nothing. This has been a nightmare. We have insurance Tricare from my honorable military service and my brothers current service, so lack of insurance wasnt a factor. The TN chapter is so unprofessional, disorganized and just an all around cluster.. Do I have to beg and plead on my knees to get my nephew his medication?
The counselors and therapists are great. However, getting your childs prescriptions refilled will be a nightmare. You cant get someone to answer the phone and the prescriber doesnt respond to messages from you or the pharmacy about refills or appointments. Speaking of appointments, when you finally get one with the nurse, prepare to wait a very long time IF she doesnt stand you up all together. My child has come a long way with the help of her therapist but the unprofessional nurse and the apathetic office staff spoil what would otherwise be an excellent experience. If you have another option you might want to consider whether its worth the headache.
I had to change my therapist because Eboni Long was not the friendliest, not warm and welcoming and was aloof. I wanted to give her a chance so the 2nd session was the limit. I was scheduled to meet with her for 45 mins. This was decided after the 1st session (intake) and she informed me during the 2nd session wed only meet for 10 mins (basically a continuation of 1st session) however, that wasnt communicated prior.
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, NON-RESPONSIVE, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES. NEVER CALLED BACK AFTER 3 CALLS. GO THERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO REGRET YOURSELF.
Do not seek treatment here. The therapists are incompetent and unprofessional; as is the administrative staff. They do not believe in keeping appointments on time and will bill you for an hour if you’re seen for 15 minutes due to their tardiness. The administrative staff doesn’t bill accurately or timely, and they are exceptionally rude.
This location has some serious communication problems with scheduling. Did not provide any information. I just drove an hour and a half only to be told the first visit is by phone. Rude apathetic receptionist.
Honestly these people have helped me despite my mood and i am now a much more stable person thanks to the people here who have definitely heard my complaints and made things better... it sounds fake but it took years so as we all get older it was really a lesson in trust that took time i would never regret
They are great. My son has made a big change. We love everyone here.
