This review is for the ERMC company in Laredo Texas, inside the MALL de Norte. This company is unethical, unprofessional and treats employees unfairly. Employees are forced to work without the proper PPE. They dont even have managers or supervisors in charge of employees, they leave other people in charge that dont have the proper skills required for management.They are lacking discipline and communication skills. Someone really has to look into this. Its unfair for the employees to be wrongfully terminated for no reason or warnings.

Food is not bad, you get your moneys worth.

I work for ermc janitor at the park way place mall.I work at night my boss was a drunk .I told my other boss .I quite my job with them because they would not do any thing about him.I even call the regional manager.And he sounded like he did not care.So if any one out their looking for a job.Thank twice about this one.I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT IT WILL NOT LET YOU POST IF YOU DONT GIVE THEM AT LESS ONE STAR.

Im ravis Hockett i have worked for ermc for two years i really like the job its not hard work at all faculty janitorial service i have experience in cleaning service im very hard in smart 👷 me in my former co-workers we got a long pretty good i say im going to say this manager with blue shirt walking around the parkway place mall think they can talk to me anyway they fil i dont think so they very 😂😂 i see im not the only co-workers talking about this mall co-worker Charles said the same thing about what im saying long as i doing my work dont fallow me around the mall you under stand me because im a black young man with dread locks in my hair haa my so called manager bobby in a security falling in the mall up in down the mall harassing me why im duping my stash cans in the mall under. Im was doing my work right k so bobby manager called manager Larry to tell me to clock out in go home for no reason 😂😂👀👀 next week my coworkers ask me bobby sent you home sure did i did my work every freaking day let me say this i work down stairs in up stairbecause coworkers was so lazy to work up stairs really this crazy im telling you real story under stand me. I worked for ERMC for 2 months, trained 2 ppl, one of the employees had did sexual harassment on me and 4 days later I had gotten fired from Walnut Square Mall.

A representative wouldn’t allow a learning driver with their permit drive in the facility of East Town Mall. Then, proceeded to eat Wendy’s in his truck.
