Wonderful studio!!! Friendly staff and GREAT instructors! fun studio! Easy parking and very competitive membership prices!

Went with my wife for a rowing class. The class was being recorded, but it was fun learning along with other members tuning in live across the world! Our instructor Jamie was super helpful. She made sure everyone in studio knew what they needed to work on for their rowing form after the class. Also, first 5 classes are free so you can try out a variety of class options! Great experience!

AMAZING!! The instructor was super motivating and nice and the music was super uplifting and fit the vibe. I loved the lights and it was a great experience. 10/10 would go again.

I have to start out by saying that this studio is absolutely beautiful! The staff is energetic, friendly and I look forward to going to class every week. The instructors are highly motivating and I can count on getting a great workout every time I go! I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to rev up their fitness routine!

Warning!!!! I bought this bike the 5s with screen for my wife for Christmas. The bike was rode twice and broke the resistance just stopped changing. They told me part would arrive in 5-7 days after 7 days I contacted support again to ask what’s going on . I was told should be sent out any time. Days later I received a email saying part was outta stock and that they would send me one when they get another shipment with no timeline . The bike costed almost $2,000 and lasted less then 72 hours . But what’s worse was the customer service . Long wait times to talk to support And once you do it doesn’t mean much I was told part was in stock only over a week later to be told otherwise. I will be returning my bike as soon as I get instructions on how to do so ..... great gift 👎🏻 Not to mention it comes with a warranty meaning they will send you parts you install them your self

I love love love this cycling studio! Everyone is so friendly and the workouts kick my butt! I love that they have a separate Flex studio for other strengthening workouts considering I want to workout my full body not just my legs. I recommend this studio to anyone who loves cycling or just wants a great workout guided by professional trainers.

My wife was in Chattanooga and saw the Echelon studio while she was up there visiting girlfriends. She was impressed with what she saw. So we took a trip to the studio and when I arrived I was truly impressed. It has a very modern design, sleek and the bike is very sturdy and well built. Nicer than any other bike you will see in a gym or studio.

I was traveling for work and a friend asked me to take a class with her at the studio. I had never been and had no idea the classes were filmed for an app. I took a 30 minute Pilates and 30 minute Spin class. (The classes started exactly 30 minutes apart so we were late to the second class which was Spin.)It was the most unusual experience to know the teacher was not teaching for you, but for an audience. Not once did the teacher - teach to the class- she taught to the viewing audience. Hard to get a feeling of community if the teacher doesn’t acknowledge you the entire class. My bike did not work, and I had to switch to three different bikes before the resistance would work, and by the time I got the bike to work there was only 21 minutes left in the class.The facility itself was NICE. Not sure I will be back. This place lacked the great energy of other Group Exercise classes I have taken before.

I bought the echelon bike and reflect touch. After they came, NEITHER of these objects worked. I spent over three thousand dollars on these items, but luckily I bought them from Costco and I can return them. I bought them as an alternative to the Peleton but now I know this is a cheap rip off product and I will NEVER buy from this company again. I have tried multiple times to contact the company by chatting and calling, but the associates are very unhelpful and there are always long waits on both chat and calling. I guess I will just have to return the items.

I placed an order with your company on December the 19th, 2019. I was given the option to receive the product on or before December 25, 2019 if I paid the expedited shipping cost of $135. I opted to for the guaranteed two day shipping however I received no product. I contacted your customer service and the call was routed to India. Unfortunately, I don’t speak their native language and the representative had such a heavy accent that it was very difficult to understand. I never received a resolution the representative continuously repeated himself with what seemed like a prewritten script. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was denied. I then ask that my call be rerouted to the United States but I was told that too could not happen. I asked for the direct number for a representative state side and I was directed to call the same number I had dialed to reach him in India.At any rate your product was going to be a gift. I was embarrassed that I had no gift to give on Christmas day.What I am grateful for is this incident. It afforded me the opportunity to get a first hand preview of how your relationship works between your customers. It’s clear to me, the relationship you have with current and future customers is not the type of relationship I wish to be involved in. Please cancel my order as you failed to ship it to me in the agreed upon timeframe, and because I did not receive the item in time for the holidays. Your customer service is poor. At 5 pm on Christmas Eve I became concerned with the whereabouts of my order. After an extremely long And difficult exchange the representative said he would escalate the issue to the warehouse however there was no clear turnaround time on the response from your warehouse. The customer service agent couldn’t access tracking numbers of her packages. I wanted to manually track the package using the internet. I am saddened at the lack of customer services you provide for such a high priced product. Please refund the original payment method.Thanking you in advance.Sincerely,Kenya S., Concerned Ex-customer

Amazing studio with amazing instructors. Never knew cycling could be such a workout! Im definitely a fan now.

The atmosphere is exhilerating! The instructors are extremely motivating and the vibe is fantastic! Its the perfect addition to Chattanooga. Everyone should be a part of the Echelon Community.

Had so much fun at this Studio. It is perfectly located, Instructors are awesome and Staff is very accommodating. I love the leaderboard competition too.
