I cannot say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp Chattanooga. It is the most positive, uplifting, and nonjudgmental place to come and enjoy a workout. All the trainers are supportive but will push you in order to meet your goals. Included with the memberships are 1x1 focus meetings where you can measure progress and ask questions about anything fitness or nutrition related. I seriously love working out here and cannot see myself ever leaving.

Phenomenal safe place to shed pounds and experience some of the most rewarding intervals of a weight loss journey. The staff and Burn Sisters are extremely encouraging. Aidan the trainer is practically the most lit DJ in Chattanooga. I love this place..its truly a community like no other.

If you asked me 2 months ago how I felt about this place it would have been a lot different. Over the past few months the owners have made it apparent that they do not care about their staff (certain ones) or clients. They have let go employees after having babies and forced their head trainer out. They have changed contracts, added fees (I signed a contract authorizing a certain monthly charge they wanted to change) and today when I went to cancel my membership they told me I could pay my cancellation fee on the 29th only to TEXT me 30 minutes later and tell me it had to be paid now (mind you the co-owner was standing at the desk when I was told I could wait to pay the fee and NEVER said a word and it wasn’t even him who texted me). The owner is clearly set on making money and not doing what is right (she lives in NC and refused to come into town when her memebers had concerns about things going on the gym). The owners hide behind social media and refuse to admit to their mistakes. It’s sad to know they lost one of the best trainers ever over being shady.
