CrossFit 10-99 changed my life! I found something within myself I didnt think I had, all while gaining an amazing CrossFit family. They encourage you and stand by you when you struggle and want to quit. I absolutely love this place and most DEFINITELY recommend!!
Cliché as it will sound, I’m saying it anyway…This gym was life changing for me. Love the coaches, the gym family, the CrossFit programming. When they tell you to leave your ego at the door, they mean it and live by it. It’s a definite must join!!
I have never done anything like this and the staff walked me through as a beginner. They helped me in the process of learning all movements while also pushing me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking about getting into CrossFit, but aren’t sure because they know nothing about it.

Dropped in this morning on my way through Chatanooga and did 20.2. While there coach Corey gave me some great tips to take along with me. I really enjoyed working out at this box.

Best Kept Secret In Chattanooga!My experience at CrossFit 10-99 has been nothing less that awesome. The things that I love most about the gym are the positive culture, genuine people, challenging workouts, convenient location, expertise instruction, individual attention, great equipment, and their meticulous attention to form so that you will stay injury free.We always start the workouts with a warm up and we are always shown how to do the movements properly. Seeing how I am new to CrossFit, this is a big plus. With all moves that we do, they explain how if you are not able to preform it one way, an alternate way is shown, incase you have an injury, or till you build the strength to do it the other way. I think it’s totally cool how whole group of individuals can all be doing a similar workout, and even though we are all at different levels, each person is having to give 100% effort and we are all equally exhausted...in a positive way :)The actual workouts are always a challenge, and you compete against your best lift or time, so you always know what kind of effort you gave, and you get to see how much stronger and more fit you are becoming. As the quote says “I am only in competition with one person: myself. The only person I want to be better than, is the person I was yesterday”The trainers Corey, Brooke, and Stoney are all fantastic. They really put out a positive yet firm coaching style so you are sure to get the results you want. Let’s face it, one of the main reasons we work out in a group is for accountability..it was awesome to get a text from the trainers on Friday making sure I was committed to making it on Saturday morning. That’s true commitment to a cause to make us healthier and more accountable. Thanks guys!It’s a great place, with great people out to make a difference in peoples lives.
