We bought a 30 x 60 oak desk (Model 8962) made by TEI. Good quality and appearance Nice to have two USB charging outlets on the top.It pays to shop around your local dealers for a better price. We found quite a difference for the same desk.

We bought a TEI kitchen Island and the top is already pealing. Ive tried several attempts to contact them, without success. Im very disappointed in the company for not addressing my concern. The peeling started just days after the island arrived. Ive attached a photo of the area showing the issue. The company must either not care about their customers or have no guarantee on their furniture. Needless to say, I will never purchase a piece of TEI furniture again

Good quality but made in Malasia, not Tennesee like salesperson said!

The dining set is nice but vendors lead you to believe it is made in the USA. We were looking for something made in the USA and walked away from others when we found out they were made overseas. To our surprise when they delivered the tag said made in Vietnam. Really disappointed and I should have researched them but I went to three dealers who had different TEI tables all said the same thing made in the USA in Tennessee. Disappointed in that.

I have chairs from TEI, for more than 10 years, they are holding up great, very well made. Just ordered two more to replace other chairs that did not hold up well.
