Serving Chattanooga with Carrier product. A superior product being served by disgruntled or hangry employees. Some of the clerks act like they arent there to work. Will shop here again because of necessity. Try to get one of the younger sales reps and counter clerks.

Ok supply house but very slow counter people and always put you on hold, you can drive there from anywhere in town faster then you can get someone on the phone and sometimes they act like there doing you a favor to wait on you, need to learn how to treat customers, the young guy over the counter is always good but most of the older employees could care less about customers.
