The technician, Nick did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. He explain the process and exactly the cost of service, so at the end I knew exactly what I was going to be paying; no hidden cost. BEWARE OF ESTIMATEWhen an $80 estimate ends up costing $180, youll feel like you were cheated. This was for a 6ft. single straight couch and 45 minutes work; the reasoning was that the roll arms were larger than they thought it would be- so maybe another $20 or so would fall into the reasonable category; but NOT a 125% increase! As this was July 4th weekend with sales we could have purchased a whole new couch for a bit more than that...The job that they did was fair, but certainly not outstanding for the cost. The tech was fine & pleasant enough. Oh, and expect to wait WAY longer than the hour or so they say it will take to dry- we are currently on hour 5**UPDATE**They asked us to email them with our issues & theyd reach out to us, and tomorrow it will be a week and have yet to hear from them... THIS IS WHAT THEY CONSIDER GOOD SERVICE & A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE? I STRONGLY suggest that if you are looking for a company to do cleaning work, then avoid Safe-Dry at all costs- youll be much better off

I hate to write a negative review but I wish Id read reviews like this one before I committed to them. I called mistakenly thinking they were the company someone referred to me, but they had availability, seemed to have good reviews, and since I have a dog and kids the idea of essentially no dry time was a perk. Unfortunately, I really feel like its a shady operation - the advertised price online and the initial quote I received over the phone was vastly different than the shockingly over $1,000 quote I received in person. I understand I had some pet odors but my goodness, seriously?? I took some rooms off of the list and decided to go with the sectional (which wasnt necessarily dirty other than being a little musty from moving and some spots from my kids), 2 hallways, and a living room. That was still almost $800 including a 10% discount.Now, Noah was nice, he was training someone and did an additional room to let him practice, they made a stain on the carpet LESS visible, BUT its been cleaned twice now (because I told them I wasnt completely satisfied with the results and they wouldnt entertain a partial refund, only cleaning again) and the dog urine smell is still in the hallway and my couch looks and smells the same, if not worse. He even told me there were some spots they couldnt get out because it was permanent marker but I know it was a crayon. Ive since gotten it out myself after using some oxy spray and a microfiber cloth...The point is - you cannot charge such a ridiculous amount for a subpar service that delivers a very small percentage of its claims. The carpet is a little on the long side but both the carpet and sectional took HOURS and HOURS to dry and never smelled or looked like I spent a fortune to have it professionally cleaned.Lets consider this: I couldve bought a new carpet cleaner for each room and done it myself. I couldve bought a new couch for the same price of the service. I couldve had the floors re carpeted for the same price as the service. Its just incredibly frustrating when I think of it that way.These photos were AFTER it was cleaned and it actually looked worse than before!? Its like the dirt pooled in areas or something. Im considering this a very expensive lesson learned, and I hope others will learn from my experience.

If possible Id rate this place with no stars. It has been one of the longest and worst experiences of my life. About 3 weeks ago I hired the company to take my large area rug. Since I was leaving the area to move temporarily, Id ask them to deliver the rug to my storage locker. They said they done it all the time so sure. The night before the rug was supposed to be returned, I paid for a hotel room and stayed overnight to make sure they had access to the storage locker. I got a notification the day before saying it would be delivered at 9:30 the next day. After not hearing from them the next day, I called the number provided. They said it would be a slight delay. I waited two hours. Even though I had a 3 hour long drive, I waited. I kept calling. No one had a clue as to what happened with my rug. All I got was delayed. I sent a email expressing my dissatisfaction and frustration and the response I got was that it was delivered to the locker. A friend of mine went to close the locker and see if it was in there. She took pictures and it was not in the storage locker. Again I called customer service, asking what is going on. It was only this past week that they told me my technician got COVID and couldnt do my rug. I know we are in a pandemic. The tech getting COVID isnt an issue. The fact that I had to call and reach out instead of them reaching out to me is the issue. The manager avoids calling me even after I asked the representative to have him call me twice. This company is the worst and completely unprofessional.Update 8/26: still no rug

Worst experience ever. On Wednesday I had an 8am appt. No show. No call. My calls to the office were not followed through. Finally got ahold of someone in the office and rescheduled for an 8am appt. on Friday. Again, No show. No call. Got a text from the technician saying he would be there at 9:09. 9:30am no show. No call. Office laughingly apologized for their SNAFU (receptionists word.) I got angry because not only had I moved all the items onto my patio for 3 nights that were on the carpets, I had also taken off 2 mornings from work to get this done, receptionist said that she had taken me off their calendar. This was a crazy experience, I have never experienced something as unprofessional and rude as this.

Eddie, the technician, arrived early, and cleaned the carpet super quickly. The terrible pet stain, made worse by the roomba was completely gone. He also cheerful and positive, professional demeanor and brightened my day as much with his attitude as the great service.

Scheduled an appointment online for next day. Called to confirm in the morning, was told everything was good to go. Thirty minutes after the scheduled time, I called to ask why the service guy was late. Receptionist put me on hold for 10 minutes just to tell me there was a scheduling error and that nobody would be coming to clean my couch today. Terrible service.

It was about 500 after everything was done very unprofessional was late, didnt have every thing,left to come back when he worked on my couch he didtroyed it, its was soaked for over 24 hours and he said that was impossible didnt clean anything. I went and got a 77 dollar carpet cleaner. DO NOT GET RIPPED OF. It took me 2 passes to get it cleaned it was do dirty not even 2 days after. Ive been trying and get ahold of someone and nope. No answer. Please dont ever use this company

I was told $50 to $60 over the phone. When the representative for the company arrived he said something like $120 and then he went down to $88 for the 3 room special. I told him it was only the main traffic areas of the living room and the hallway. He measured and said it was just over 200 square feet, and proceeds to tell me that he’s giving me a deal at $88. I told him I wasn’t paying more than I was quoted over the phone. He goes and sits on his phone for a bit and then tells me he’s going to do it for $60. I said ok and he was in my house and punt in less than 10 minutes. This included him carrying everything in and back out of the house. These are my photos I took when he left. It looks exactly the same as it did before he cleaned it! Horrible job

We made an appointment for this service to show up to do a carpet cleaning at our house just before our Tennant moves in. At first they said they would arrive a few hours later than expected appointment time. So we agreed and when we showed up to meet them at our house they never showed AND STOPPED ANSWERING CALLS. Now we have to try to figure out how to get them cleaned after waiting all this time for them. We were so embarrassed to choose a company thats so unpleasant and unprofessional. Do not recommend this company at all.

Hunter was prompt, communicative, professional, and accommodating. I have a relatively small home so moving things around required basically no living room space. Unfortunately, I had more stains in the 3 bedrooms than I hoped. Hunter effectively keeps the honor of Safe Dry, as he serves the customer first and helps customers to not break bank with first time discounting and anything he can do to assist. One stain wouldn’t come out, but that unfortunately was due to dried lotion I was not made aware of as a homeowner and landlord. Nevertheless, even though he wasn’t paid for this, he gave as much advice as possible to get it out if I could. They also put a guarantee behind their product and service, which I greatly appreciate. They tell you the price up front after looking at each room and I’ll definitely be using them over and over again in years to come. Thanks Hunter, and so sorry this is late. We booked an appointment online for 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday. We received a confirmation e-mail after booking and then a reminder text confirming our appointment the prior day. They say all over their website how they use exact appointment times and if they are even 15 minutes late they will let you know.... well by 8:30 we were trying to call the company with no responses and they were supposedly open for business that day. We called and left 2 voice messages and then texted the number that had texted us and they finally responded stating they would see us soon. It is now 9:00 a.m. and still no one and no call. We finally get ahold of someone at their office and they had no explanation for why they were late... they just said something along the lines of I guess it was a slow start this morning. The guy finally arrives around 9:30 and tells us he wasnt even put on the schedule until 9:00 so hes not sure why our appointment was at 8:00 and it must be a time confusion since the office is based in Alabama. We booked the $88 special for 3 rooms and of course that didnt apply to our house because we had more square footage and we wanted a deep clean not just a surface clean which it didnt state specifics on their website. The guy was really nice so that is why I am even giving 2 stars but our carpet never smelled fresh and it was and still is super crunchy. We were not satisfied with the services, unfortunately, empty promises.

I chose Safe-Dry because they were a local small business, and the fact that have a hypo-allergenic cleaning method. I was able to schedule online and received text updates to remind me of my appointment, and when they were on the way. I had the carpet in three rooms cleaned (main living area, bedroom with attached bathroom, and an additional bedroom). They were even able to get out a stain that was on our carpet when we moved in 6 years ago that we had tried to get out on our own many times with self-shampooing methods. Definitely worth it! They were friendly and efficient and were finished in under and hour and half. I definitely recommend them and will be calling them again.

I was in need of a deep cleaning for a 7x10 rug. As it turns out, I still am. On October 31, Alex came to my home to discuss cleaning this rug. It was in a highly trafficked area and I have pets. I was moving and did not want to move it dirty. After a very long and winding conversation, Alex took the rug with him. He explained that they had just hired someone and he could use my rug to train the new person and promised the full treatment. He promised to return it the following Monday and left with $200 cash to pay in advance for the work. Alex is very charismatic so kudos to him. I willingly gave him the cash and never suspected a thing. On Tuesday, I called to ask where my rug was. On Wednesday, I called again. On Thursday, Alex retuned the rug, but i was not home at the time. We decided to leave it rolled up since it was going on the moving truck Saturday. After moving in (In NC now), we unrolled the rug to discover that absolutely nothing had been done to it. Zip. Zero. Nada. As of today (11/22), I have made two phone calls and spoken to Lindsey. She has told me both times that the owner must deal with the issue. He has yet to return my call. So be warned. There is some dishonesty happening here and a serious lack of accountability.

Kris was an hour late. I thought I was getting three rooms for $88. Total cost came to 300. Kris was very personable and engaging. When he finished cleaning, I had to ak him to brush the carpet. I asked how long woud it take to Dry, he stated...3-4 hours tops ! Thought it was 30 mins?He did advise me what stains would not come up.

My room smells so nice now. Definitely needed to be clean since I have a cat. Great work!

One call to Safe-Dry and Noah Jarman came out the very next day. You would never know anything was ever there. I’ll never waste my time trying to do it myself again. Noah came out and gave a quote. I decided to proceed. (Pricing as in most cases is more than you would anticipate, but they let me use the coupon as a deduction). This is a cleaning where they vacuum the carpet well, apply a solution by spraying the carpet, and then use a floor scrubber with very absorbent material pads to scrub/clean the carpet and remove stains. I have to say that I am impressed with this method. (I am very picky about carpet, and have overseen carpet cleaning for a major campus (2 dorms/food service/classrooms/admin/25 housing units etc. for over 20 years, using various companies). The stains did not come back after a week as often happens with the conventional steam or wet carpet cleaning methods. Safe-Dry did really clean the carpet and take out stains the best Ive seen. It brought the carpet back to life (this could depend on the quality of your carpet--the better the quality, the better it will do with this). I would recommend them. First time using the dry method. Not sure what my expectations should have been but my carpets were only marginally cleaner when I inspected. I was also disappointed to find out they had upsold my husband on additional services we didnt need. The $200 job became $300. The results in my opinion were worth about $5. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I did reach out to them with my dissatisfaction and heard nothing back. $ lesson learned.

Noah and John did a good job and left the room I was working in for last to allow me more time to work. In all they cleaned 4 bedrooms and 2 large wool rugs.

Paid about 400 dollars for 2 large rooms, stairs and hall way. Their service is very friendly and they respond and do the work quickly and are in and out quickly as well. I would have like a much deeper cleaning for that price, but they did get most of the surface gunk off, and they did come back out to reclean a few spots that were missed in the original cleaning. The price is way too high for what you get, but the guarantee and speed of service is nice. It was no better than any other service Ive used. I will likely go back to renting a rug doctor.

I used Safe-Dry to clean the carpets in my new home. At $300 with a guarantee to remove pet odor, I thought they should be able to give me a fresh start in a my new place. I was wrong. They came out twice, and though the technician was polite and professional, the product/technique did not get rid of the odor. To be fair, the stains were set in and I knew the task would be difficult, but they should not guarantee something they cant deliver. I called them to come back out but I did not hear back from them. In addition to their costs, I have spent another $300 renting equipment and buying cleaners on my own. I would like a partial refund or return visits until the job is done as promised.

Alex did a great job getting spots out of my carpet and cleaning in general - probably the best its ever looked and I have my carpets cleaned at least 2-3 times a year. The bathroom tile however looked the same - I really couldnt tell a difference. I did feel like they were expensive, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. There was a 3 room special but by the time all the add-ons were added in, it was $500.

We called and needed water removal and disinfection of our carpets due to some flooding in our basement. Company came and did some chemical treatment but left the carpets water than when they got there with completely saturated carpet in some places. When I called they seemed concerned but would not come back out until the following day which is not acceptable as time was of the essence with water and floors. It was only 230 when they left the job and I discovered this it happened so there was quite a bit of time in the day to return. Very disappointing for the price they charged us which was over $400 for an hour and a half‘s worth of work. Will not be referring friends and family to this business in the future.

$210 for one room is a little steep when furniture wasn’t moved. Initial quote for 3 rooms was over $500! I thought I was getting the advertised coupon price of $164.95 for 800 square feet but I was sadly mistaken! Technician was nice and he was done within 30 minutes, but I just don’t feel as though the service is worth the money. We will be returning to our previous carpet cleaning service.

Cody was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The carpets look amazing, even better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

ALEX arrived at our home for our first visit with safe dry to look at our area rugs that needed to be cleaned. He introduced himself and asked about the carpets to which he examined. I requested that the carpets be back flushed. Alex was professional, knowledgable, friendly. Represents Safe Dry of Chattanooga well !!I did ask him for business cards to which he promised he would bring some back when the carpets are delivered!
