Braxton and Erwin with Stanley Steamer did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. They made it look new! They used a clean and fresh deodorizer .They had good customer service. The carpet cleaning was fine. I ask then to clean a small closet off the hall they were cleaning, they said they had to charge $10.00. I was not impressed with the two small bathrooms tile floor for an additional $90.00. I thought they were going to clean the grout, no way. I think I will try another carpet cleaner next time.

I recommend Stanley Steemer. The two employees who came to my home were very courteous, and eager to please. They even sent me pictures of my ducts before and after. I just wish they had moved my bookcase back when they were finished with the job.

The guys were professional, friendly, polite, and they left premises in good order. However, they did not clean around baseboard, which was offered as an extra service. We were surprised and declined. Carpet close to baseboard and traffic ares were not cleaned to our satisfaction.

Derrick and Nijah came out and did a great job cleaning the areas I had requested. They were courteous, hard working, and efficient. I appreciated their professionalism and the end results were very good! I will definitely be using this service again and requesting this team!

We moved in 2 years ago and used a competitor to clean our carpets before move-in and there there was literally no difference before and after. So, we figured we would have to live with these stains until we replaced the carpets. Fast forward to today when I hoped to get some newer stains out. I decided to call Stanley Steemer and they scheduled us for the next day. Jase and Derek were our carpet cleaners and they did a PHENOMENIAL job. Not only did the new stains come out, but the old stains did as well. Im blown away at the difference. Plus, they are super efficient and professional and very nice and respectful of our home. And, they gave our dogs extra scratches behind the ears anytime they walked past! They did such a good job on what we booked them for, that I had them add on two additional rooms and an oversized chair and they were happy to clean them right then. Im definitely requesting them the next time we need our carpets and furniture cleaned. Excellent job. Wish I had taken a before picture because I can hardly believe the difference!

We called Stanley Steemer for help cleaning our large sectional and ottoman. Jase is the name of the technician that came out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very concerned about making sure the job was done right. We are very happy with their work!

Davion and Derrick did a fantastic job. Price was reasonable. Service was fast and done well. The carpets took very little time to dry. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

Stanley Steemer did deep cleaning of the tile grout. The service was scheduled quickly and easily. A reminder was sent and the technicians sent a text when they were on the way. Cody was the lead technician and he was knowledgable. I had actually gotten a quote for a color seal of the grout but he said he believed the grout would come clean and all that was needed was a clear seal. This saved me money and he was right. They also cleaned an area rug which looks like new once again.

Disappointed. We paid $100 to have our couch cleaned and I could of done a better job with a damp rag. The cleaning did not remove any smells and now our couch is rough to the touch. The guys said they would normally charge $130 for our couch but if we left a 5 star review they would only charge $100. The guy stood there and told my wife exactly what to write for the 5 star review!!!!! Maybe this type of behavior stems from management!? Either way very disappointed and wish I would of rented a machine and did it myself.

I gave this business 4 stars because I absolutely loved 90% of my carpet cleaning. All my area rugs were cleaned beyond my expectations. Two out of the three carpeted rooms was done really well.However, the 3rd room, the carpet was not done to my liking. I specifically asked them if they moved my couch and coffee table out to cleaned under those areas. I was told yes. Today, after everything dried, I pulled out the coffee table and my couch and you can tell that little to no effort went into cleaning these areas. (Ive taken pictures in case management wants to see exactly what Im talking about.) Note: The carpet area is exactly 11 months old and is high end carpet that specifically addresses pet issues and food stains... at least that is what I paid for.The night before they arrived, I had pulled up the area rug that was under the coffee table. The area between the coffee table and the couch was then left exposed to elements. And of course, I dropped some food that night on my carpet. I cleaned up the mess somewhat but not entirely because I expected the carpet cleaners to get the rest when they came the following day. When I pulled out the coffee table and couch there was the stain from the night before. I knew right there and then that that part of the carpet was not cleaned. I then went and cleaned up the stain in its entirety and became upset that it was even there for me to clean up.Like I said earlier, they did great job until the last room. I was so impressed with their professionalism and timeliness I gave each worker a $20 tip. Now, I wish I had pulled out the couch and table while they were still here.

This was such an amazing transformation of our entire house that cost significantly less than changing the carpets. I cannot get over how much better my entire house looks!
