Guys always do a great job. Truck always comes out clean and the tanker washout is reasonably priced. I try to not show up late or just before close anywhere. So If its not last minute Ill get the truck washed just because it always has came out cleaner than the beacon. Keep in mind that they dont have thirty employees washing trucks at the same time. Depending on the time theres usually a few or four working the single washbay. The other bays are dedicated to their tanker business I believe. Short story long they do a good job. Just keep in mind they dont have 20 people working on a truck if youre in a hurry. If you have a little bit of extra time theyre worth the wait.

We had our RV cleaned after driving through clouds of beetles for 2 days. There’s just one bay for washing but the two men working were efficient and polite. They did a great job. It will be our first choice next time heading to Road Atlanta.

Warning you, dont come here. A couple of teens with no work ethic are casually cleaning trucks in between their relaxation time. Its taking about an hour per truck in line. I came in 4th truck in line, thats right, four hours. If it wasnt a mandatory cleaning on the way home to a vacation I wouldnt have bothered.

Wait time is too long, the owner needs another wash bay and more reliable personnel .

1545 guy came out and chased me away saying that they would wouldn’t wash me- said couldn’t get to me before they close at 1900- 2 trucks and a Uhaul ahead of me- I read the reviews about how the workers here are lazy but still took a chance- lesson learned- I try to use nonchain places whenever I can to support small and local- but apparently they don’t want my business so I’ll spend my money elsewhere- maybe on day the current owner will go under and get bought by someone who believes in service

So so, they missed a lot but was willing to fix it easily.

I was in and out when I was there because they were not busy, very friendly folks joking around and making small talk while I was waiting for my turn on the bay and while my trailer was getting washed out. Small operation so dont expect them to be fast if there is a line since there are only 2-3 people working usually. All in all good people and they did a great job with the washout (better than a lot of blue beacons I have been to.)

This place did a great job for us, we didnt have to wait very long even though there were two trucks ahead of us .... and we came right before they closed and they still took us. The two young men working were very nice and did an excellent job ridding our trailer from the stench of onions lol. The only thing that sucked was turning onto the road where the truck Wash is located. Great job guys!

One wash bay. The two additional days are for tanker washouts. Long wait times. Not very thorough... Not uncommon having to run through a second time, to rewash, getting the missed areas from the first run. If this happens and there is a truck in queue behind you, you will have to get back in line and wait it out again. If you can get past all this and have the mindset of, its better than it was before or at least I didnt have to wash it, then its not too bad.

Different price everytime u pull up with the same truck. Lazy workers that complain about the job they are doing. I recommend driving the 15 miles to Choo Choo truckwash in Ringgold

One and a half hours waiting and they didnt even say sorry for for the wait or hello, hi how are you....not even thank you after paying..They took me me in the little shack . I gave them all my info for the PO then they realized they dont have a phone. They wanted me to wait outside the shack so I wont steal any thing while they go and get a phone to call for a PO. Dumbest truck wash ever.

They do a good job, but I have seriously never seen a slower truck wash ever. If youre in a hurry, you might want to do something else.

I dont know why the manager makes me spell my name, and why hes so rude to me but he was and is! They leave dirty spots all over the wheels and on the tanks, dont even bother for a rewash! If you guys dont want to wash trucks then sell the business, theres others Im sure would love the business. Their goal here isnt satisfaction its to get through the day without getting an ass whipping. For over 100 bucks a wash you cant even get clean truck! Shitballs are made here ! Caution!!!!

Wasnt as bad as expected deliver too

First time I went they did great job and then I went back and it was at night and I payed to get a tire shine and hand wash and degrees done and they only sprayed my truck it only took them ten minutes and the next day it when it was day light i got to see it and it was still dirty as it was when I took it so all they did was sprayed it off thats it!!but the first time they did a A plus job maybe it was different workers!!

Not the best place to get a truck or trailer warsh out, its always time consuming and they dont do the best job on either, I would suggest out of necessity only to use this truck warsh as other reviews have suggested, if you have time use another truck warsh.

I went there and I left with out to wash my truck...yes they took long time to wash a truck but we all know that any one can wash a truck within 10 minutes but not everyone can make it clean so it’s not about time...are they clean up your truck good I’m sure you you will be very happy if they took long time to clean your truck

Friendly and Fast

$165.00 for a wash out of a reefer trailer with a little potting soil in it. And... they were originally going to charge me $2.50 a minute to sweep a reefer. Coming from a guy that walked so slow you could tell it would have been an 8 hour job by the minute.

A little pricey for a very simple trailer washout that required nothing more than a garden hose. But they did a good job.

What a JOKE! Frontier Truck Wash, Chattanooga TN. 1 in the bay and 2 waiting when I pulled up. 2 guys working and every time they talk they stop working. Now 1 hour 45 min waiting and they just started the truck ahead of me. What a waist of time!
