They drag their feet on communicating with clients on time, and theyre working ethic is poor.

IN MY OPINION THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL WITH MY BANKRUPTCY CASE KNOWING IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND EXPERIENCE GOING THROUGH IT THEY REALLY TOOK TIME AND PATIENCE IN HELPING ME AND MAKING SURE I WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MY CASE AND THAT I HAD EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY CASE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDED BANKRUPTCY LAWYERS AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THEIR JOB.

I do not recommend using this company at all. They don’t care about you they just care about your money. Our first consultation was with a lady that was very nice and understanding. When we went back to get started the lady was no longer with the company. Ray (the manager) said he would honor the price of $1200 that we originally got. Now, he says it’s $1600. And that we should basically be happy because they offer payments. When you call you don’t get the office you get an answering service and have to wait for someone to call you back. I talked to a corporate manager (supposedly) and they were not help either. Just pass on the entire company altogether.FYI, This is for the offices in TN.

Do not use this firm.I have been misinformed from the beginning. The entire reason I filed for bankruptcy was to get my license back. At the consultation I was told I would be able to get my license back around 2 weeks after I filed. When that time came, I was told that since I filed chapter 7, I would have to wait 60 days for the court to discharge the bankruptcy. At 63 days, when I called to see where this discharge paperwork was, I was told the wait time is 60-90 days. I saw and worked with many different lawyers, so obviously, no single person was responsible for these instances of misinformation. It was everyone we had contact with. Apologies were the only compensation Ive received. I will be contacting the main office in Atlanta, but Im not sure what good it will do. As for my advice, if you want clear, concise, and accurate information about your bankruptcy DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!

Clark and Washington was an amazing experience. I worked with David. The only downfall was after my Chapter 7 was finalized I still had a lot of creditors I had to fight on my own to get things taken off my credit. Other than that, money well spent.

Everybody was so sweet and understanding and made sure to explain what exactly was going on and answered all our questions. I would recommend these people to everybody who wants a smooth experience.

Couldnt have been any worse, there is no such thing as an honest lawyer, I left in worse shape than I went in, the branch on ringgold rd got me prepared n made me think they were gonna be able to help me, then they sent me to the lee hwy branch who was quick to take 480.00 out of my account leavin me with 20.00 in it n then turned me down, well stop the transaction they said since they had just done it, yeah right, they took the money out so fast, which is every lawyers first priority, well now ive got 12.00 in my account, I get a call this morning just to be told the Atlanta office will send me a refund check first thing Monday, meaning if they actually do it I should have it around Thursday, 12.00 to live on for a week, n the response I got to that was... its outta my hands so here it is people, read their fake reviews they put on here themselves sayin how great they are or read the reviews from an actual person who was there look at the 4 reviews prior to mine youll see the 2 negative ones the peoples names are no longer there but the 2 who praised them are, it speaks for its self, im in a real bind now, I can say years ago I used mark t young, and thats where I shoulda went this time if I make it through the mess clark n Washington have me in ill be surprised, if not ill definitely be visiting mark t young again if youre in a bad situation n you wanna make it even worse clark and Washington are the people to go see
