I have had insurance with Jonathan Hunter for several years. Friendly and helpful when purchasing product. Then I can never get in touch with him or get him to return my calls. I called the number he mentions in the voicemail and they say they cant help me that my agent needs to help. Do not use them and I caution using Farmers.Trying to cancel policy is horrible too.DO NOT USE

You can never get in touch with anyone from this office. I end up dealing with the National office since Jonathan NEVER responds to an insurance issue. Jonathan NEVER returns phone calls. Find another agent.

I’ve had farmers insurance with Jonathan hunter for the past 3 years. Friendly staff, but these guys are nearly impossible to reach, do not go to this specific branch, it will save you time and unneeded frustration.

After they sell u policy forget about them ever responding to any calls or emails. go elsewhere.
