Not only did they show up same day when no one else would they showed up earlier than expected, charged an amazingly fair price and were probably the most honest company I have ever dealt with.. the technician was very quick and skilled in his labor and extremely kind. Will definitely definitely be calling them next year when upgrading my unit. Beyond happy with my service today.

Northside recharged our system a few months ago and I had a great experience with them. Our AC unit froze up a few months later so I called Northside to check out our unit. Turns out there was a leak deep in the unit. They gave us options for repair or replacement. I appreciate how honest they were about the pros and cons for both. The entire time I never felt pressured to go with the new unit. In fact, Daniel could tell that I wasnt sure what option to take, so he voluntarily recharged our AC on his dollar to give us a few weeks to decide.We decided to go with a a new unit because our old split unit was over 20 years old. They were able to install the unit the next week. The installation only took about 7 hours. My wife is VERY happy they finished the same day (especially in this heat wave). One of the things that most impressed me was Daniels attention to detail, even in the smallest areas of the installation. Daniel and his guys are very friendly and take the time to give detailed simple explanation about any questions I had about the system. They also took the time to clean up the area very well before they left.

Northside was great! They were easy to communicate with, transparent about their pricing, and incredibly efficient!They allowed us to do some communication via text message and worked around our schedule to come out the same day as our call. We woke up this morning to 25 degree temperature and no heat. Daniel was responsive to my call and arrived within a couple of hours as he said he would. I really appreciated his expertise and the great service!

Although my particular unit is on its last leg, he was still able to safely get it back to a more balanced l, and efficient state. He pulled out all the stops, resolving prior technicians actions, to provide us with more cooling in this demanding southern climate. We had a old unit and just was not keeping house cool. I called on a Saturday and Daniel came right out and charged up the unit and then his team Peyton and Gage came out to install a new unit a couple days after. They were both so respectful ( like yes ma’am and no ma’am, I still feel weird about being called ma’am by someone my age. ) they were super sweet to our very hyper dog, just loved on him. They had to make our job a 2 day ( our unit was that old ) and came out next day and finished the job and Daniel was very honest with us. Northside has been a life saver.... and money saver too! We have worked with this company on multiple units within my family. Daniel will identify the issue and give you the best solutions for your situation. One AC unit we have at rental property had a freon leak. It was an old unit so I didn’t want to invest much money into a repair. But I wasn’t ready to take the plunge to get a new unit yet either. Daniel told me what my issue was and recommended multiple logical solutions. I decided to try to ride out the summer and refill the Freon as needed. The leak got worse but Daniel quickly got our tenants back to comfortable within hours. We decided to replace the unit at the end of last week. Our tenants will have a new unit on Monday. Daniel was awesome if you are needing service this is the guy I called and 30 minutes later he was here look at the unit and fixed in in no time price was good but service was even better.

Daniel and Northside are the best. Quick to respond, quick to arrive. Had a low voltage wire on the heat pump that had shorted due to rubbing against something sharp. Great service Nathan does outstanding work and uses good judgement. My 20yr Carrier unit’s blower motor died and was replaced. Having Nathan do annual service has extended the life of my unit and my wife and dogs are happy campers that aren’t fighting with me for the blankets.
