Worst decision ever made. Will never go back again. All I wanted was a alignment, tire balance, and inspection of my brakes. They break 3 studs and charge me for it. I gave specific instructions for when they test drive my vehicle. Did not follow. Ran my vehicle hot causing it to start knocking. Would not advise anyone to let them work on their vehicle. I have had better service from a mom and pop shop.

Had a screw in the sidewall of tire. Came in with a full spare tire. They mounted and balanced the tire immediately upon my arrival, and insisted I not pay anything. Great service, very friendly. Will definitely be returning. Thank you gentleman!

I had some spark plugs, ignition coils, and an o2 sensor put on my bmw 335i. i know it was probably a bit of a challenge but they did a great job, very fast and no more check engine light which i love but it seemed a little pricy, about $100 more than other shops i called around at but it was probably worth it cause i couldnt be happier on the service end of it. will be back

Id had a tire go flat and dropped into Highland. Im so glad I did. The team jumped right on it and I was on my way in the blink of an eye. You just dont see quality service like Highland Tire much any more. If you have a problem, I recommend these guys for actually caring about you and your car.

I had forgotten what good old fashion customer service looked like until I went to Highland. I pulled in at closing because I thought I had a flat tire. They greeted me with a smile as I drove up and said they would be happy to look at it. 10 minutes later the nail was out and tire fixed. I started going here years ago after it got to a point where every time I took my car in to 153 for one thing, I was having to take it right back for something else. So I took it to Highland to have the tire plugged and because I THOUGHT the brakes needed changed. They are very honest and wont let you pay for something that you dont need. That creates customer loyalty.Well, I purchased a new Honda and my husband said I needed to take it only to the dealership to be serviced. At one point about two years ago I was cleaning it out and left the radio on with the car off and had to call my son to give me a jump. Ever since then, it would sporadically not start and need a jump (every few months). After taking it to both Economy Honda and Auto Zone neither could find anything wrong and said the battery was fine. Finally, I took it to Highland. Richard immediately said it sounds like a dead cell in the battery. Less than an hour and a battery later, issue solved and I dont have to worry about if my car will start when I turn it off or not. Its only three years old and the problem didnt start until I let the battery die. I dont know if the other places dont have the ability to test the cells, or they just arent as knowledgeable. Even I suspected a dead cell (Ive heard that term over my years), and pretty much what I know about cars is how to drive one, put gas in it and make sure to get the oil changed.THIS PLACE IS THE BEST, HANDS DOWN!

These people are AWESOME! I had a low tire, that turned into a flat tire when the weather got cold. On my only car! My friend was going to help me change the tire BUT it turned out my good spare was on a bad rim and the flat tire was on a good rim. More than my friend and I could handle! All of this happened first thing in the morning when I was stressed and desperate. Highland Tire got my good tire onto the good rim and put on the car so I could drive it! And they were so nice and friendly and helpful! From this point forward Highland Tire and Auto Service has ALL of my car business, be it oil change, brakes, tires, anything. These are now my go to people!

SCAM! I told them I was having differential problems and they told me to bring my car in to look at it. They tried to convince me that it was a wheel bearing and not a differential problem. I told them not to do the wheel bearing and to check the diff fluid for metal shavings and go from there. The next day i brought by a spare center diff for them to install. Low and behold, i see my car on the lift with a mechanic changing a wheel bearing! I told the mechanic to stop what he was doing and that i had explained to the front desk guy that i did not want the wheel bearing replaced. Further conversation with the mechanic revealed that he had not been told anything about fixing a differential. Once again I told the front desk that I did not want the wheel bearing replaced and that I was not going to pay for it. I left my spare center differential and left. Not 10 minutes later I get a call from Highland Tire and Auto and Jimmy tells me that they dont want to work on my car! They had no intention of ever fixing my differential. They just pulled me into the shop and tried to charge me for something totally unrelated to my cars issue. I say again, SCAM! Dont let these degenerates take advantage of you.

Ive only had good experiences here. I took my car in with a flat, they filled the leak and got me out quickly and charged me minimally. It was very generous and helpful. A week later I notice my tire is leaking again, so I take it back and they found another nail they had missed the first time. Again, charged me little to nothing and got me out quickly. Thankful for your help and service, Ill be back and will of course spread the word!

Very professional, honest and courteous staff. Theyll take good care of you. I came in with two leaking tires, which I was hoping would just need plugs. Turns out it was the rims. They sealed them and had me on my way.

Went to get an oil change and sat in the lobby. Got home to look for something i had in my truck and it wasn’t there. This was the only place I went that day. If you want to keep your belongings go somewhere else. The price was good but only because they made up for it by stealing.

These guys were quick, professional and were very fair on my bill. This was my 3rd time trading with them and Ill never go any place else.

Best customer service I have experienced from a auto service center in a while. The staff was friendly courteous and didnt try to oversell me on any additional services. I had my tires serviced there and it only took about 30 minutes. The waiting area is clean and has a vending machine for snacks.Will definitely be back and and I highly recommend them.

Had repeated work done and had to take car elsewhere. Mechanics were not certified at all, recharged for labor on faulty part. They have taken off warranty on back of receipts for parts and labor. Trust me you dont want to deal with these people. This is a warning to everyone considering doing business with them.

This is the only place Ill take my vehicles for service and weve been going to them for almost 8 years. The service manager is friendly (as are all the staff) and I never have to worry about unnecessary repairs or being over charged. These folks are professional and honest. Id recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful service! Not only did they drive to Cleveland to pick up a part for me, but they also picked me up from my house because Im new to town, live nearby, and didnt have a ride to the shop! Couldnt ask for more!

I paid a lot of money to get the air recharged on my wifes car but it is not any better. Last year they did it and it was good for a year, this time it was not cooling any better when my wife drove it home. But I did not know until we left on vacation two days later and have not had the time to take it back but I should. I have lowered my rating from 5 to 3 stars for now.

I went there a few years ago when I was down on my luck, and both of my front routers were shot. I only had enough money to replace one, but the kind people over at Highland Tire went ahead and replaced both of them. I would definitely recommend that anyone use them for their services.

Brought in my Challenger to have a new radiator put in and they did an awesome job, Managers Jimi and Jeremy took great care of me and walked me through every step and keept me up to date with everything that was going on every step of the process, They were super fast and very attentive to accommodate me! Ive been coming to Highland Tire for several years and what won me over was I was heading to a meeting downtown and turned the corner and realized I had a flat tire. I called Highland and the owner Tim, had drove downtown from Hixson. He not only changed the tire to the spare but took the bad one back to the shop and repaired it. Really honest and straightforward!!

Frankenstein is my 1954 Chrysler New Yorker with a 331 Hemi... The crew at Highland Tire on Hixson Pike are the only mechanics that I trust to work on my low-rider. They have re-worked/replaced brake cylinders/lines/proportioning valves/master cylinders, installed a new carburetor, fuel pump, gas tank sensor/lines, distributor/points/condenser, reworked the starter, fixed turn signals/lights, and many other parts. The impressive part is that they have been able to find all of the parts for a 1954 model car! They have in house towing and treat my car as their own. Their prices are fantastic and their service and knowledge of automobiles is even better. I only trade at Highland Tire and recommend you do the same!Ronnie BurkOoltewah,TN

This place used to be the best until they moved to Fort ogelthorpe they do not have good SERVICE at ALL !!! I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY I dont even think they deserve 1 star but I had to to WARN everybody out here not to go here !!!!! So I called in to see if I could get a oil change and they said to come on in ... I got there and the guy thats always in the front always says they cant do it So I kinda got a lil aggitated and was like well thats funny cause I just called 15 mins ago and guy told me to come on in... So like 4 weeks later I go to check my oil and its almost empty and they tightened my oil lid so tight that I had to go somewhere else to get them to open my oil lid... AWFUL SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!

Today I came here to change 2 front tires,when they told me they finished with it,I saw they changed the 2 back tires for me,and put the old back 2 to my front.I asked them why,they gave me a strange reason,then I find that they ordered the two wrong tires for me,and still changed them to my car, so they have to put the new two to my back because theyre too big for my car.After that my tire pressure light is on,4 tires all have different pressures.They never check the tire pressure and let me go.I cant imagine I spent $360 and get my car like this🙃.Never come back.
