Very clean wonderful place to have a storage. Both my mom and I had our own storage unit here. definitely would recommend this place. The staff is very nice! The general manager there is the best! She is so sweet and just a amazing person! Loved her! If your thinking about this place just do it you wont regret it!

Fast and easy transaction! I reserved my unit online and got a discounted rate. I then received a phone call to come in and finish the process. I came in and worked with the manager Sidra and she was wonderful! I was shown the unit to make sure it fit my needs and we finished the paperwork shortly after. I highly recommend StorageMart in Chaska. The facilities are very clean and the staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs, and pleasant to work with. I rented a storage unit that did not have climate control but even in the summers hot weather, the unit was still kept cool with ceiling fans. The lighting was also excellent. Highly recommended.

Very insensative to the financial situation because of job closing. I was not only charged a late fee but an additional $35 and my storage is only $70 a month. My other obligations are being understanding not charging late fees or canceling policies.

Floor needs cleaning: oil on floor. Lock slide tight and difficult to slide.

David was very thorough in getting what we need for storage. Quick, efficient and easy to understand for first time renters.

My father, daughter, and I arrived 20 minutes before closing, yet Catherine and Cameron were so helpful. Showed us 2 different units went over the pros and cons between the 2. Once we went back to the office Catherine brought out a chair for my handicapped dad to sit on and when it came time for him to sign the paperwork on the unit he chose Catherine even brought over a small rolling table so my dad didnt have to stand up and sign paperwork. Cameron is still new at this, but he was not afraid to ask questions to ensure he got everything right. These two are wonderful and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

Stopped to look for storage unit and I turned out I rented one that day.the place was clean and the workers awesome they were completely well trained very polite and professional I would recommend this storage facility to all my friends

I have been a customer at the Chaska location for about 2 years now. Overall, Ive been happy and the property has seemed to be kept in clean, secure, and well-kept condition.About a month ago, I visited my storage unit and found that the door on the back side of the building where my unit is located was significantly damaged and unable to close. It has been dented for awhile, but its function had not previously been affected. I assumed Storage Mart was aware and the door would soon be repaired. The door was obviously broken and anyone checking the perimeter of the property couldnt miss the door issue.Fast forward a month...the door is worse and flies open in the wind; it wont hold in the frame at all. Climate control????? UMMMMM, I dont think so. The heater doesnt even click on inside the building anymore. Im guessing theyve just shut it off rather than fix the broken door. Oh, and last month I recieved an 11% per month rent increase. Nice. Use that to fix the door. Building B.Needless to say, Im frustrated with thesituation. Can we get this fixed???? I like the location, but Im not getting what Im paying for. Safe, secure, climate-controlled storage.Looking forward to a speedy resolution. Thanks.

Never had such unfriendly service. the continuously want to add items to the bill. we have homeowners insurance. but my husband says they harass him everytime he goes up their. The one lady they hired is absolutely rude. I asked her if I can have a copy of their climate controlled rates she said no they change every day. this raises a lot of red flags. are the rates different for certain people. I really miss the friendly staff of the old owners.
