We purchased a home in March while working with Emily Dooley from Nest Realty. I cant say enough about Emily. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and, all around, great character made this process during a difficult time easy. Emily knows her stuff -- she is in touch with other realtors regularly and shares that information with her clients. She entertained our wild ideas while maintaining a sense of realism. I cant recommend Emily enough -- shes just a great realtor!

They refuse to refund us our cleaning deposit, they told us that if we had it cleaned by a professional just show proof (invoice) will we did and they are still charging us. The also are trying to charge us $800 for painting we have picture of of the walls from when we moved in and out they are the same plus 2 spots were we put pictures, also they are charging a $175 re-key fee yet when we moved in our keys where not done. they are also charging us for the time it took them to replace water damaged flooring that happened before I moved in. I have pictures of that also. And to top it off the rent was raised in the middle of covid. If at all possible do not rent from them. They were so nice when we were looking they answered emails and calls but once you move in just be aware they are not so accommodating. My dad passed from covid and I had to move back home to help with family not only is this major stressful but to top it off I had to give up my dream job. They send me a letter with all the bogus charges saying I still owe them $600 this is after they kept my deposit of $1100.

Sold our house in less than 2 weeks. Broke up ground ON another house a month later. Janice Has handled all of our families realestate needs for 15 years. It has been great!

Rude and horrible at communication. I received one email regarding parking passes in June, thought I had it taken care of, but then had my car towed in September. I paid $210 to get my car back and they blatantly ignored my frustration and did nothing to work with me. I had two emails regarding the situation ignored. My lease also says we have a dishwasher, which we don’t, and my bedroom has a tiny (probably not with code) window leading into the living room. I highly recommend staying away from this company. (The property management team was helpful though.)

No one ever returned multiple calls / emails regarding listings! Will not list my house with them nor purchase a home. Appalling. Go with another choice.

Its been awful for me renting from Nest. Ally has been impossible to work with. She sends late notices, doesnt read e-mails, then sends threatening letters that demand payment for services that shouldnt be paid for by the tenant. This is getting really old.Your time is worth more than this. Rent from someone else.

I will add more to this at a later time but they are simply awful to rent from or to have manage property and I recommend avoiding any business with Nest if at all possible.
