The gym has an experienced and proven staff. The instructors are willing to dedicated personal one on one time to help you build your confidence, and help you improve your weak points. As a wrestler Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and boxing are all foreign to me and initially I was intimated in deciding to learn a new form of self-defense. The coaches dedication to their students, the overall supportive and family oriented atmosphere most definitely alleviated may concerns. Its a fun place to be where youre interested in being a competitive fighter or just getting in a good workout and learning to defend yourself.

This is a great gym with expert instructors/coaching and multiple levels of intensity to fit students at any level and a mix of arts to fit just about anyone. The staff excels at motivating each student and pushing them to challenge their own limits. My son has been a student for 3 years, and the results are excellent. Ive studied different styles, in and out of uniform, here and overseas for more than 20 years. This is a gym you can call Home.

Everything about this place is awesome. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Even the other members make you feel at home and comfortable. I would highly recommend checking them out.

This is a great place for children to come. My son feels at home and this is a family not just gym. I recommend MMA Institute to all families.

I have been a member of Charlottesville MMA in Virginia for seven months and the people and coaches there are amazing my son is 7 and he does the kids program and is learning so much he is not being bullied at school anymore he is learning self respect and discipline and I am also learning self respect and discipline for myself please come and check us out
