There is no such thing as customer service with UPS. This is the second time your drivers have delivered medical supplies to our address and left them NOT ON OUR FRONT PORCH but at the bottom of the mailbox (2) feet from the roadI have tried calling you the local warehouse but have spent 2 hours in your joke called Customer supportIf you were really concerned you would provide a way to reach you other than Facebook not everyone has one.There is no way to send a private messageAfter reading the reply to Eddie Harris it appears your apology is canned not sure if you even read the reviews so how can you improve sounds like BSSSSSS TO MEHere WE GO AGAIN.ITS MONDAY 5-23-2021I CHECKED my email at 5:20 and it says at 3:42 UPS delivered a MEDICAL package. Just checked porch no package. Checked my voice mail for ALL our phones because the UPS DRIVER SUPERVISOR stated his drivers would call before arriving so we could meet them at the bottom of the driveway. Just called the warehouse (TANYA) promises the Driver Supervisor will return my call
Let me update this, Im in Charlottesville, my package is left a the bottom of the steps now as a customer I have to lift my packages to the porch and pay shipping are you kidding, this just happened today 4-23-21. After my last complaint. Once again left my package on my steps and not on my porch. A few months back left my boxes in the yard, we all know about porch pirates and youre gonna leave my items in easy access. No professional conduct, customer service is very poor.

Why do I pay for shipping and handling just for UPS to literally throw my packages in the mud beside my mailbox or in the middle of the road. Strange how FEDEX pulls into my driveway every time and delivers packages to my door step like they should. UPS drivers are paid to deliver properly...this is piss poor service.
Hours are wrong online. Theyre only open 3 hours a day and seem inconvenienced to do that......and clearly my feedback didnt help as mentioned below, because your hours are still wrong.
I have been waiting on a small delivery that was impacted by weather on Saturday. Although my zip code isnt affected tracking system said it was due to weather. At 9pm it changed to expected delivery on Monday. I was needing this thing on Friday originally. Paid 2 day shipping and still waiting. When Monday came (yesterday) I waited up till AFTER 930PM! then they FINALLY decided to change tracking back to weather problems again!!!😡 school was picking kids up and every other parcel service I seen out driving BUT BIG BROWN🤷 so with no way in talking with anyone about this problem I guess I will just have to wait and see if it comes today. It says it is but theyve been saying that for days and just changes to loaded on truck now but already told me it was on the way to my house....🤦 wth?
UPS is the best place to ship your goods I will recommend this place to anybody I really believe the UPS is the best place for anything that you need to see him anywhere they are also good for packaging things and getting bubble wrap I would recommend UPS to anybody hands-down I wouldn’t use DHL or FedEx or anything like that
Great customer service. The sign read that they closed at 1:00. But an employee waved me in and helped me with my packages as well. Great!!!
Oh my gosh, the personnel here is so friendly. They are always friendly and helpful- each time we need to pick up a package. The heavier ones, they always offer to help carry it to the car or assist with a trolley. Considering how hard it is to get someone on the phone at the main UPS, this specific branch (Hunters Way, Charlottesville) is sure to call you back when you request it in the automated system. Only awesome experiences here!
Opening late, closing early.....Im not going back...I will use the UPS independently owned and pay the few more $$ to ship
Great center!!!! People this is a UPS center not a UPS store. The main purpose isn’t to tend to customers. The main purpose of the centers is to receive and send out packages not customer service. Thus, hours can differ for walk in customers. Go to the UPS store. They are franchises of UPS and main purpose is for customers. Stop complaining about the hours posed on the site and just go to a UPS store!

Package was out for delivery on 2 different days saying arriving by 9;00 pn. The package has not arrived. Where is it?
Quite upset. I had a delivery this morning that I thought wasnt arriving until tomorrow. Anyways, my dogs were outside barking and I understand being fearful, but if the driver had looked he would have realized there is an electric fence. And so....he left my $200 worth of merchandise in the road! Not in the driveway, btut in the road!!! With so many packages being stolen, its a good thing I was home. To make matters worse, I am using a cane and could not bring the stuff even closer to the house!
Great place, great people, great experience... When you get off of 250 just keep driving around the circle and dont make any turns off the road, its at the end there. No worries.

Ive had to pick up a package here twice (both times due to a required signature) and excellent customer service both times. Special shout out to Cassaundra who kept me up to date on when my package would be available for pick up - she was great!

First they put up a paper note on the door that they are only open to the public from 10am-1pm. This is not posted on their website. Today I got there at noon and found another paper note on the door- customer service desk closed 11/18-20/2019. Terribly unreliable store- not worth the waste of travel time to go there hoping you will catch them open to the public.

Really poor hours. 10-1 and 3-6 are listed as the daily on the door, but apparently they also change hours at random. Never know if they will be open for just 3-6 or completely closed any day of the week.
I missed the delivery for a prescription medication that I needed that day. A kind woman from the warehouse called me and offered to let me pick up the package even after their customer service hours were over because the package wouldnt get back to their facility during normal business hours. I picked up my package at 8:00 PM quick and easy and Im very thankful for their accommodation.

Terrible Service. Left notice of delivery change and they still messed up and had to go to the UPS Center to get package, because its impossible to reach them reasonably by phone. USE FEDEX !
Every time I suppose to get a delivery the driver for some reason lies saying he stopped to drop package and he never do. They have dropped my packages at other people’s houses around the corner and thank God For honest people they brought it to me. The last 2 deliveries I’ve had to chase around town and still had to wait for my deliveries. Both times the driver said unable to deliver but I was in the house and they never even hit the door bell. Today they don’t even attempt to deliver my package I left home after 1 waiting. Then had the office under where I live looking out and I had a note in the door to drop package in office. They never stopped and I called the office they said they had the driver a notice to return to my place to diliver the package. Well after hours of waiting and calling at about 7 pm I find out the driver took my package back to the yard left it on the truck and ignored the office request to redeliver my package now I’m waiting on a call to go get my package but they have to secure it from on the truck that’s been back on the yard since 4::30 says the new CSR in the phone tonight. Why am I paying delivery fees on packages that the driver decided not to deliver and to lie about. One too many times. I will be requesting all services to use another deliver service and I’ll pay the difference but this sucks and is wrong and needs attention. No good business.
Hard to find and hours that are limited to regular business hours. Had to make a return to Amazon that had to be dropped off at a UPS store, I thought this was one but it is not. The women who worked there helped me re-request the return shipping and we were able to print out the label to return the item.
Friendly customer service at the pickup office. The distribution center is the worst weve ever experienced across the country. They consistently lose our packages, items are delivered clearly crushed and/or irreparably damaged, or the center will fail to deliver our items for days on end even though tracking will show our stuff out for deliver for several days. Absolutely unacceptable for a parcel deliver service.
PAID for a confirmed delivery window due to package requiring a direct signature. Arrived home before the window started to a note on the door that delivery was attempted. Call UPS Customer Service BEFORE my delivery window started and was told only one attempt will be made per day. Then, to add insult to injury, they update my package status and LIE by saying the attempt was made inside the window. This is not the first time Ive had this service center flat out LIE about why a package wasnt delivered.
I have not received my packages from Amazon at my residence the last 3-4 times. The driver has left them sitting on the mail boxes which are a mile or so from our home. Leaving them unsecured, open to be stolen, vandalized. I have contacted Amazon and they will be selecting another carrier. I do not appreciate the fact that the merchandise of UPS clients is so un-important to them.
Never put my package on the truck and now wont deliver it till monday, and horrible customer service when you call about why the truck came to your house and drove away without leaving a package. Never been treated so badly
Very friendly and fast service. I was so upset with a mixup in my order with Amazon and ended up just picking it up, and the employee that attended me was so genuinely kind it lifted up my day. They helped me take my boxes to the car and did not mind that my german shepherd was barking.
I had a perishable delivery I thought that hadnt been delivered but the next day I found it thrown by my garage. The driver couldnt bother to bring it around to my door instead threw it in my garage where I found it the next day the contents spoiled from being in the heat. Really bad service. I would like to give minus stars but one will have to do!
Website states they are open from 10am to 6pm. I received an email that said my package is ready to be picked up and the hours they are open is from 3pm to 6pm Mon-Fri. I rush over from work to pickup my package at 5:30pm and there is a white piece of paper on the door that states they are only open 10am to 1pm. Which is it? Do they just make up their hours each day? Not very convenient...
The staff is personable and are willing to go out of their way to give you the best rates to save on shipping!

Dumb..took package in to return to sender. Two days later it was delivered back to me. The UPS Store on 29 North is only a franchise. Not the brown truck UPS located off 250.. never again will I use those franchise Stores

I drove an HOUR to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered Thursday. I called first to make sure I could do this. Then I get there and the woman was like, sorry, I dont have the staff to go look for it. And she was rude too. So glad I called first to verify I could pick it up!
