Great service! They fixed my notary issue with the other UPS store down the road. Definitely go here and not the other location on Seminole Road.

I have held off on leaving a review for a while to ensure my experiences at this place of business were a trend and not just flukes. Now that I this has happened over a half-dozen times I am confident in reporting that it appears that the owner of this business is just not happy serving customers. Not only have I been just outright ignored for extended periods of time for no reason and with no acknowledgement, but there is also a consistently bad attitude from who I believe is the owner. Of course this is an essential service and there is no feasible replacement in the area, so we are all kind of stuck with the abuse. Honestly, I would leave a one-star review except that there are some GREAT employees in there that are plenty helpful and ready to provide service, IF you can catch them there.

Your customer service was Excellent!My package was damaged at the destination and one of UPS sales man at the store told me to claim it yourself to UPS main office. Very irresponsible. I will rather use USPS.

When I walked into the UPS store, I was unpleasantly greeted with the strong smell of smoke. An employee must have been smoking in the store. I should have left the store at that first red flag.I asked the man behind the counter (Stephen?) to notarize a document for me. I explained that he should write by hand the proper acknowledgement for a certified copy of an original on the document. He ignored me and went to the copier so that he would not have to write a few words by hand. I explained that the wet signature must be directly on the document, not merely copied.Quickly becoming angry, the notary told me to wait until he assists the other customers and then stormed to the back of the store where he wrote it out by hand.Then, I was ready to pay, and he entered a total of $10 on the cash register. I remarked that the total was incorrect since I only wanted one document notarized – only costing $5. He said that he charged me $5 for the notarization and $5 for the time to write the words out. (We never agreed on this.)As someone extremely knowledgeable about the notary laws in Virginia, I know that charging someone over $5 per notarial act is ILLEGAL under Code of Virginia § 47.1-19 (D). When politely pointing this out, he grumpily asked, “Do you want it or not?” I left the store frustrated by his irate attitude and lack of job knowledge.Do not get anything notarized here from this slothful scammer with illegal business practices! I saw that someone else complained about a similar notary issue earlier today. Go elsewhere immediately to avoid the incompetency!

One star for the manager being a rude and generally offensive human being. Keep yer chin up, chuck!

Excellent service every time! The employees are so efficient, I think it took about 90 seconds total for me to overnight a package this morning. Fast, easy and barely more expensive than USPS which is far and always takes forever. Highly recommend.

I have been using this store for years and today was the best experience that I have ever had at this location. Courtney (the manager) was so friendly, quick, and helpful. I was already pressed for time and was in and out in a minute. This is exactly what this store needed!

If you want good service that is prompt and courteous; then I highly recommend not going to this store, but the one over by hydraulics road. Great service there and youre in and out. Plus you will feel confident your packages are safe and will be delivered.

Great experience! Very friendly I was highly pleased with the service provided by Courtney. She was very proffessional and polite. I usually use this store when I cant go to my regular fax place. I wont be returning after encountering the very rude owner of this store. I dont care if you own 10 stores, learn how to talk to your customers with respect! I was just ending a phone call when he rudely told me not to come in his store talking on the phone. I dont disagree with not talking on the phone while doing buisness and thats why i was hanging my phone up. But dont ever talk to me like a child especially when there are other faxing places around. And another thing, learn how to send accurate faxes and you wouldnt be a second choice for my business. I cant tell you how many times I have had to return to get them to re-fax me items

Apparently this store closes at 3 on Saturdays. I was maybe 5 minutes away from the store that was closing in 20 plus minutes so I called ahead to let them know I was almost there and I had a very important box that needed to be shipped to Afghanistan for my husband. The woman answered the phone in a rude manner and after I explained ny situation she pretty much told me to not come in because she was closing the store at 3 with no exceptions and that I wouldnt even have enough time to fill out the paperwork. (I already had the slips filled out, this isnt the first box I have sent.) Im glad to know my husband is defending her right to be rude and very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this store if it was the only shipping store left. Im really irate with how brisk she was, I could have been there in time, but she didnt even try or give me the benefit of the doubt. Dont even bother, Im closing the store at 3, no exceptions.
