This is one of the best UPS locations I have ever visited. Each of the staff I have interacted with have been extremely helpful and respectful. Samantha saved me more than $50 last week by letting me create my own custom package in the store. You all are awesome!

Breakthrough delta cases are on the rise in Virginia but only a single employee out of four was wearing a mask. The transaction was quick and efficient, the staff were polite, Id say they had good customer service except for their lack of concern about customer safety. Id recommend going elsewhere until the delta wave of cases passes by.

We needed several documents notorized for a real estate sale out of state. The staff were all pleasant, fast, and knowledgeable. $5 a page plus $5 to quickly add witnesses to one document. Fast, painless, and professional.

I have been to this location a handful of times and each time I have been immediately acknowledged, quickly assisted and will taken care of. I dont understand the low rating but it does not reflect the service that I have consistently received.

Joined veeerrrrry long line down the sidewalk today but it moved quickly, and easy to see why once I made it inside: very friendly staffers working very efficiently. Also felt safe in the socially-distanced line and interior of store, where they limited the number of people inside at one time.

I did an Amazon return and the woman, I believe her name is Katie, was so friendly! I had accidentally set my QR code for Kohl’s and she showed me the process of re doing it for their store that way I wouldn’t have to drive out of my way. They are very efficient and quick and also following CDC guidelines for Covid-only allowing 5 customers in the store at a time. There is always a line every time I go bc they are so busy but I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes! 😊

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A NOTARY SERVICES. They are terrible. I was selling my RV and explained to the notary in what I needed and by his direction, placed the signature in the wrong place which triggered a chain of events of time and money on my side to get a new title printed causing several weeks of delay on the sale. Zero accountability from Gary the Manager.

I just want to commend the staff: Samantha, Phil, and Chase. I had a package to return from Amazon that twice had a problem with the QR code. They worked with me to help me sort things with Amazon and ended up saving me more wasted time and money. They deserve raises or commissions on all they have been doing during this crazy time. Best UPS Store we have EVER used. We have been visiting this location for over five years, and I still come away astonished at their friendly and efficient way of exceeding our expectations. They are not only quick, but also proactive, often thinking up better ways to do things that I had planned. Very helpful. Consistent quality. Awesome customer service.

In the past Ive been frustrated with the limitations of The UPS Store as a non-corporate outlet. Im giving this one 5 stars, because in spite of those limitations (and limited access to UPS shipping systems) they sorted out the error messages I was getting today from UPS.com. Specifically, Chase exhausted his efforts through UPS Store access, tried to help me through my own ups.com account, and ended up calling UPS proper. The point is – that really wasnt his job, nor is that what The UPS Store does, but I appreciated it.

I have done 2 amazon returns here recently where they scanned the barcode on my phone and they are supposed to package and send the items back. Both of them have been problematic. The first one, 2 items were never returned by them so I got re charged for them and the other package seems to never have left their location and I haven’t been refunded. This location is terrible!!

I am not sure why this store is getting so many negative reviews. I have dropped packages here for the last three years and never had any kind of issues. I have had UPS hold my packages online and then picked them up from this location on several occasions and again I have had no issues. A thing to note would be that UPS is in general is very expensive service to use for routine shipping unless you have a special account or contract with them. I never use UPS to ship anything unless it is absolutely necessary due to the cost factor. Use USPS for your shipping needs as they are very reliable and much cheaper. UPS locations can now be used as a free drop off location for your amazon returns as well and the service is free.

Meanest UPS store have ever seen! Really doubt it is a genuine UPS store. The tape is their treasure. I was charged $1 for their tape with length no more than 6 inch. You know what, I had my package taped at home first, found one edge was sealed good enough while arriving at the store. So I just wanted to replenish! Once trying to use the tape on the table, the lady took their treasure back, firmly within her hand. What the manner! I never have such experience at other UPS stores or FedEx before (the FedEx in Barracks has much stronger and wider free tape for your convenience). I was shocked by being charged at the end for the tiny length tape, and was told it is their policy! What kind store it is!Never back the mean UPS again since then. FedEx in Barracks to me is much better. The other day I found that, if you do have to choose UPS, you can drop your package at Office Depot or Staples around the noon, the UPS truck can pick up the same day.

I write this because I looked up their times on the web and found negative remarks! Go back to USPS if you can’t appreciate how much work gets done successfully despite cramped space and constant tasks.They open at 8, btw...

I make it a point to use this facility despite its out of my way. I try to stay away from the one on 3445 seminole trail (Store #3344); horrible service and very slow. My last visit there, the female customer representative was not very cordial and came off short. Been there two times before that and received the same bad service by different reps. Went there this last time as it was convenient to work and thought maybe I would have a different outcome this time around. Nope, I was wrong and never again going there.This store I enjoy going to. The Manager and his team are always prompt to serve you and very quick in processing my transactions. Ive been there seven (7) times in the last month and every time I get the same great service. I have a few more trips to make there and I feel assure my packages will get taken well care of. Overall, the service has been outstanding. Thanks guys!

Ive had a positive experience with this UPS store each of the three times Ive mailed boxes from here recently. Chris makes sure you get what you need. Even after I made a mistake that prolonged the transaction by about 5 minutes, he was patient and careful to make sure everything was done right. I appreciate his work!

Went in there with just a pile of printouts and another pile of stuff that I needed to box, label, and ship back to Amazon to return. The very courteous fella there literally took care of all of it for me. No fuss, no charge! I was very impressed, and very grateful!

I just got out from this place and was printing return label at the computer that was on. I did this 3 times so far and the employees said they were free. But there was this mean old lady today who just charged $2 fee out of nowhere plus 10 cents per sheet and it says its free to print on Amazon. Didnt even argue. But she was ridiculously cynical about it and didnt seem to like the fact that I didnt get her permission when none of this was an issue ever in my 4 year visit here.

I came here because I had a pre-paid shipping label from a company that was only valid for ups, but I would never come here to mail something. They are so hard to get to, and if I wanted to buy my own tape, pens, and crumpled pieces of paper I would go to the supermarket 🙄. I understand charging for boxes but they really nickel and dime you here.

Having been in the UPS Store in question on multiple occasions, I have to say that I have found them to be nothing but pleasant. Not too sure what axe David Brian Steinberg (in a previous review) has to grind, but every time my wife and I have gone in, it has been a great experience and always come out of there with the knowledge that our parcels will arrive at their destination in great shape and in a timely manner.As far as the question of cost is concerned, I know that its not an ideal thing (hey, free is always better, right?), but I know that the cost is something that UPS hands down rather than the actual store. Hopefully others can understand that a bit better from now on and stop blaming the people at the store level when its something that they have no control over. Its almost like hes got something personal against the employees.In short, dont let the reviews of some short sighted people who probably just had a bad time and didnt get the news they wanted that day ruin YOUR experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. I made the mistake of signing a contract with them for a mailbox. As I left I called my wife to tell her at which point she told she had done the same at a different mailbox place earlier in the day. I went back in MINUTES later and was told they couldnt give me a refund and corporate wouldnt. Its my fault for signing a contract, but I didnt realize there was NO cancellation time. When I called corporate they told me they couldnt give me a refund, only the franchise owner could. They contacted the store but only the manager (the same guy who lied to me and told me the store couldnt give me a refund) replied. I tried emailing and calling the owner on multiple occasions with absolutely no response, conveniently not here right now, he might be in later.At the end of the day I am wrong for trying to do business with them and signing a contract, thats my fault. But above that there should be some level of customer service. I wasnt trying to take advantage of them in any way. I paid for a whole year, not just 3 or 6 months, so it is obvious I intended on using the mailbox.This store obviously doesnt care about customer service at all. They have a GOTCHA SUCKER attitude and once that money was their their grubby hands they latched on and refused to even consider giving me the decency of bringing the price down to what I would have paid had I just paid for 3 months from the beginning. The contract doesnt say a minimum amount of time or money, just that what I pay for isnt refundable. Well, I got swindled out of $300 by these money grubbing thieves. I will now drive 2 hours and pay twice as much to avoid doing business with these swindlers. Fortunately I dont have to, there are plenty of options around that actually care about their customers. Go somewhere else. I will never step foot in another UPS Store.

BEWARE! Do not use this store. I sell stuff online all the time and have used a lot of these types of places and this is somehow even worse than any of the others I have tried. They are overpriced (even compared to other UPS Stores). They are rude and the opposite of helpful. I had my wife go in and ship a couple things for me and now she wont go back because the manager Gary kept looking down her shirt. I tried calling the owner to complain but of course he is never in. They dont even deserve one star.

Not a good experience. This store (probably all UPS) charges $2.00 for printing from USB, meanwhile the Fedex offices charges $0.13 a page. Really. Also they charge $1.00 for taping up your Amazon return box. Just be prepared.

Had a box shipped to this location for secure pickup. Was not informed that the package would be charged storage fees; in fact, the box label from another UPS store specified pickup within five days to avoid storage fees. I picked it up the same day it came in--charged $5 for storage. Will never use this location again.
