We are giving my daughter a charm bracelet for graduation. The charms are supposed to represent special people and events in her live. While looking for the charms I found Formia. I am so happy with how my rings came back from Formia! 3 years ago when I was pregnant my hands swelled up terribly and I couldnt get one of my wedding rings off. My dad had to saw off my band! Both rings had been on so tight that I had a terrible rash on my finger for weeks, even after the rings were off. I researched jewelers in CVille and loved that I could email Mia pictures and details about my rings. She replied back quickly and even included a quote. I dropped them off at her studio - easy peasy! I just picked up my rings today, and she fixed the solitaire, soldered the one that was sawed in half, and resized both of them. I had ordered a charm for my wife for Mothers Day. I had my son draw me 2 pictures, one of him and one of our dog. They were able to do both to one charm for me and also etch my sons writing of their names on the back. What a personalized gift. She has been begging me to get one made for her. The people who work there were great about returning calls the same day I left a message, and worked with me to make a key chain within a week of Fathers Day that arrived on time, if not early. Custom orders from Formia has been so amazing and above and beyond my expectations. I had ordered two silver necklace pendents for myself and my mom and was so happy with the results that I ordered a third. This third one is actually going to be in 14K gold and was so happy to know they do use gold too. I dont have it yet but I have no doubts it will be just as beautiful as the silver! I also found that if you have any questions regarding their product they are just a email away and respond within hours of sending your questions. I was also very happy with the time it took to make an order and have it shipped to me in a timely manner! I 100% recommend this product if you are looking for something personal. I was really impressed with my experience with Formia Design. From the beginning of the transaction, there was a lot of communication. I sent them a drawing that my daughter made and had them create a keychain for my husband from it. The turn around time was very fast and the product was amazing! I couldnt believe that they were able to capture all of the detail from the original drawing. My husband says it was the best gift he had ever received. I am so glad I used these fine ladies for my engagement ring. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Being a young, sloppy bachelor type, I had no idea what I was looking for and was very afraid of being taken advantage of. I do computers and cars, not jewelry. The gold one inch Vixen SBC pendant was even more beautiful than the picture. The craftmanship was exquisite, the gold reflects light beautifully, and this will be a signature piece of my jewelry wardrobe. They selected a perfect chain to hang it on, and followed my instructions about shipping to the letter, since I was going to be away and I worried about it arriving when I was not home, especially if it was sent via UPS or FEDEX. They used Priority mail with tracking, so I was able to home at lunch time when it was delivered. Will definitely consider buying from them again, and will heartily recommend this item to everyone I know among Sweet Briar people.
