Nice gym .... small, but gets it done. Very clean and well kept too!

Im a 70 year-old man who has worked out for 45 years, in gyms on four continents. To me, ACAC is the thinking persons health club. It is run by people who are managers who also happen to be enthusiastic about health and fitness. Standards are high in every area -- maintenance, employee expertise, programs and equipment. This is the place other gym owners need to study.

Jamie and Nikki are fantastic. They have great exercise programs and equipment.

Clean, safe and friendly goes along way during these uncertain times. Terrific value for a well maintained workout facility. Highly recommend.

I go all different times of the day and week. The staff is always very friendly. I must say, Tim, does an excellent job of cleaning and sanitizing. He is always actively cleaning, mopping, dusting the entire time I am there.

Small, quaint, clean, not crowded, 24/7. Love. It!

Working from home means that I have to make a special trip to the gym, and motivation comes easy when Im headed to acac Pantops. My schedule has been erratic during the pandemic, so the flexibility to get to the gym at all hours has been incredibly helpful to curtail my stress levels and continue with my fitness goals. The facility is always clean and practicing social distancing is never a problem.

24/7 hours. Has all equipment I need. Nikki-trainer -knows her stuff!!!

A modern and clean feeling facility! State of the art equipment and perfect for all ages and abilities. Great Parking space and the location is convenient for after school and work.

When I joined I specifically asked about the cancellation policy because I had a feeling the gym wasn’t going to work for me. I was told I could cancel at any time. Fast forward a month and a half, it takes over two weeks to get someone to speak with me despite numerous inquiries. They tell me I have to pay for an entire year (I never signed anything). They asked me to come to the gym twice to discuss with me and both times I arrived to find that the person wasn’t there. Finally they agreed to cancel. I check my statements and I’m still being billed. They tell me that I am being charged for an extra month because they processed the cancellation after the 20th (my initial cancellation request was a week prior to that date). Really questionable business practices. I have started asking around and this experience seems to be quite common.

What a great addition to the acac family! This new location is half-way between work and home for me, which makes it the most convenient option for a quick workout during a busy day. So many machines to choose from, I never have to wait! I love the water rowing machines and Woodway treadmills. Thank you for always providing the best of the best!

The facility has ample parking and all state of the art equipment . I did not give the gym a 5 star because though it is a new facility the shower door latch was broke off there was hair all over the shower floor and the dirty towels were overflowing the bin. Other improvements I would suggest is tissues at all bathroom mirrors and a small rack of towels directly outside the shower doors. Overall I was satisfied with my visit and if you want a great workout and shower before work then this works. Staff seemed friendly enough I didnt really interact much with them but appeared approachable.

This is actually a really nice facility. Theres live TV in the cardio equipment, too. The staff are super nice and helpful.

Very nice facility, clean, well designed, helpful people, and not too crowded. Smaller than the other sites, and more personal.

Excellent addition to the acac Charlottesville market. Brand new club (has that new club look and smell :) and nice new equipment. Locker rooms are beautiful, good selection of classes. Like the woodway treadmills and TRX / kettlebells. Nice variety of folks using the space (all ages, all abilities). 24/7 access, too. Right across the street from Martha Jefferson.

When I had my knee surgery it was the best place for rehabilitation
