Although new at these auctions, Im currently participating in about two to three auctions per week and, trust me, some of the others are definitely not as reliable. Weve learned that we should preview the items beforehand or just roll the dice. We had a great experience with Caring Transitions. After my parents passed we needed to liquidate their household goods so we could sell the house. After getting two very high estimates from other companies I met with Mike who proposed a great solution at a really reasonable price. Mike was super knowledeable, friendly, and trustworthy. Great guy! Caring Transitions made arrangements very quickly, their team who packed, loaded, and delivered items to the auction house was very professional, really hard working, amd just super nice guys. Charlotte and the office staff were very responisive and took care of the details for us. Could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend.
Mike provided some of the most friendly and personalized service possible. I needed to liquidate my familys possessions after an unexpected death in the family. With less than 3 weeks of notice, the Caring Transitions team sold/auctioned off and cleaned out everything stored in ~5000 square feet of housing space...all with very little stress for me. Additionally, even after the cost of moving and cleaning, we were left with thousands of dollars in profit from the sale of the odds and ends. I was essentially able to preserve my familys nice furniture and art, move these across the country, and remotely coordinate closing the real estate transaction at a net profit thanks to this company.If youre dealing with a stressful estate situation and you need help, I would highly recommend this business.
