Highly recommended. Go to place to get our Toyotas repaired and looked at for the past 5+ years. They are very trustworthy and friendly. Wont do anything without fully explaining why and if its really needed. Chad is the definition of great customer service.

I highly recommend Cole’s Import Specialist for any and all auto needs, especially (of course) for foreign cars. I had a small issue with a noise coming from my front left tire and had called just about ten to fifteen places in the area and each time I received the same response: “Maybe I can look at it today but definitely not before lunch.” Cole’s looked at my vehicle basically right when I brought it in, were extremely attentive to my needs immediately, and had me done and out of there in less than an hour with my Isuzu totally fixed up. They even checked the other tires to make sure there were no issues with the other ones. They were so helpful and kind as well. Can’t recommend them enough!

Coles Import never lets me down with its excellent timely service and just as important its excellent communication for before, during and completion of the work. They answer questions in a direct professional manor and describe what needs to be done as well as future concerns regarding the vehicle if it should happen to come up. Highest recommendation!!!

I recently took my 97 Land Cruiser to Chris Cole Imports to have them rebuild the front knuckles, install new rotors and pads, fix the parking brake, and diagnose/fix a check engine light on my Land Cruiser. They did a fantastic job! They completed the car in a timely manner, used the parts that I wanted and were honest and completely fair with their prices. I have used Coles for my big repairs for about 2 decades. They are always on time - or early - in completion. Coles installed upper control arms, brake calipers, and pads on my Toyota 4Runner. The service was excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable, and the price was very fair.

I absolutely love this place and will only bring my Acura to this garage. They are dead honest and great people. The guy up front is very knowledgeable and will give you an honest opinion. They will tell you when you need to replace things and will actually tell you when something doesnt need to be replaced. I had them put on a set of aftermarket coilovers and they were really cool about bringing me into the shop and letting me pick and choose the ride height. Great guys.
