As for me smoking, yes I do smoke but not in the building. Come on use some community sense. So before you want to play the blame game and point fingers maybe you should look at the big picture and take a look in the mirror. Who put in you that situation? Hmmmm

Worst interlock service ever. John, the technician here in Charlottesville, has cancelled on me twice the same day, less than two hours before my appointment causing me time, money and stress. The second time he cancelled on me it caused my vehicle to lockout which I had no idea would happen because he neglected to tell me when he cancelled. Not being able to use my vehicle caused me work-related, monetary setbacks and inconvenience. Not to mention John smokes cigarettes during our appointments and refuses to wear a mask.This is the first time I have left a bad review for anything. But after speaking to two supervisors and not one person taking ownership of their mistakes or my inconveniences, I went out of my way to write this.I decided on Lifesafer because they originally quoted me around $75 a month but forgot to mention the additional charges that put them right in alignment with their competitors. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else.
