I would leave 0 stars if I could. I am a technician who had to work on a vehicle equipped with a draeger interlock system. I understand people make bad decision and there are consequences for those decisions and I am not here to dispute that. We called the company looking for an access code which is an option in the menu system and got a very rude rep who stated we dont do that anymore. Even during a pandemic!? No. So feeling for the client who had an issue that disabled the car, I followed their direction and blew into the device and then had to inhale for an extended period of time!! This seems extremely unsafe given the times and had I have known in advance I would have declined the work.This is not the first interlock company I have dealt with and will not be the last but to not offer an alternative to a repair shop??? A first. Very rude and unprofessional. Unacceptable!

Aaron their installer is a total professional, as well as helpful and great guy! If you must have an ignition interlock installed, dont bother going anywhere else.
