Horrible people run this shop. They are rude and use foul language and politics. They were slow and didn’t even touch half the tires, had to come back after the truck was not safe to drive and vibrating. Left with broken parts I had to go somewhere else to fix out of pocket. Would never go back again, don’t waste your money go somewhere else.

Great place, customer service over the top, brought my RV there and they serviced immediately and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Ive Used McCarthy tire for many years and Ive always had great service and competitive pricing.

I have been doing business with them for years. Usually just have somebody take it down there. And Ive always talk with Brian on a phone.. And I mean years. So I didnt get the chance to go down there this week. And delivered A vehicle myself. So I got to look around the place. It is really amazing what they work on and what they put out. The size of the tires. Some of them are so big I cannot stand inside am I feet touch the bottom in my hands touch the top. But the tour was awesome. Anyway doing business there is so easy. Its pretty lips drop it off let them diagnose it and take care of it very easy operation. And quick. Thank you McCarthys. It has been such a pleasure doing business with you.

Many people sleep on them, because they feel that they are too expensive! That may be so, in their eyes. But one thing is for sure... The old adage: You get what you pay for, certainly applies! I brought a company vehicle here that I drive, in fact, all of the vehicles that I brought here were company vehicles. And you want to know something... It is a good feeling, when the boss never has to hear of an incomplete or of a shabby job! In my 10yrs of dealing w/McCarthy... Not once have we had to return to them, or call to have a problem addressed. In my eye... money well spent for services much needed. Plus, they do not have a storage yard to hold your vehicle for days on end!

I had dealings with this company when ever I was a company driver for a local company in Charlotte...now Im a owner operator and I get into a bind and needed someone that I knew could get the job done...I spoke with Robert on the phone before I went and when I got there they were waiting on me...they fixed the problem and they were very affordable..I assured them before I left that I will definitely be back to give them more business with my truck troubles and preventive maintenance work. I highly recommend them.

They recently replaced the clutch and a few other things in my 2013 Freightliner 798, now it shifts like a brand new truck. Jason is super friendly and nice

Very slow employees waling around like zombies had to end up taking truck to Snider tire to get tire fixed only took 18 minutes to fix the tire at Snider tire.

Dont go anywhere near this place. Mike and his crew of in basils have no idea what they are doing. I took my truck for an alignment and After 2 tries it still wasnt right. I then took my truck to another McCarthy location on 6th Avenue, and finally found someone that knew what they were doing. Do yourself a favor, start at 6th Avenue.

10-27-18 I called for road service replace two tires he was talking on phone to somebody from office and he told him $600 even next thing I looked bank statement charge me $700 I called in to complain he told me I should charge $1200 truck driver’s be careful on this place stilling money
